Very Bad Service - Do Not Buy Delta Home Lock!Highly disappointed with Delta Home Lock. Their customer care is extremely poor and they cannot even handle a single customer properly. Zero post-sales support. I strictly advise everyone NOT to purchase any products from Delta Home Lock. Waste of money!

i am using delta lock since last 3 years and i must say there were 0 issues till date..

last few days the i need help regarding low battery of device and their customer support has resolve the issue in 15 min.

I had a disappointing experience with Delta Lock. When I purchased the lock, I was told that free installation was included. However, they never mentioned that the free installation was only for wooden door frames. I have an iron door frame, and during installation, the technician did not complete the installation properly, leaving the lock unfinished.

Afterward, I called customer support several times, but no one provided a clear or satisfactory answer. I expected better communication and service. If there are limitations on the free installation, they should clearly inform customers at the time of purchase to avoid confusion and inconvenience.

I want give only one star, but i give two because of demo, support team give me quick demo using video call. So this is good.

Using delta locks since more than 1.5 years. The post sales service is too good. Absolutely great team. Would definitely recommend this lock for seamless usability and post sales services.
