What really frustrated me, and what I still do not understand, is that after I placed the order, I went almost three weeks without receiving any status updates. I was very close to canceling the order because I had no information and was concerned that it could be a fraudulent transaction since there was no tracking or communication regarding the status of my purchase.

Wow first time I order from deltitech and I'm really impressed! The shoes arrived after 13 days and the box is well protected the shoes are authenticated ... The best service you can ask for!

Arrived after 2 weeks, brand new in the original packaging with double box for protection, highly recommend!

List the sneakers as authentic. I purchased a pair of Nike running shoes for $145.00. As soon as I opened the box I knew they were fake. I knew immediately as the sneakers weren't even in a Nike box. The sneakers were clearly a fake as I had already had a pair of these exact shoes. I then went through the nightmare of trying to retune the shoes. You need to send that shoes back to China and pay all the shipping costs and related fees - almost $100! Obviously they never tell you that when you purchase the item. If you want fake shoes, this is your site...otherwise, stay away...

This is a scam because first of all the shipping takes super long to arrive to your house, then the customer service is atrocious and they never respond they just leave you on read, finally to return your item it’s very complicated because they don’t respond and you have to text them to return the item and you have to pay the shipping fees which are very big since they are located in china. Horrible experience. Do not recommend

I ordered some shoes from here and they took forever !! Wrong size and to return them it would cost 500.00 because it is in China !! They send you directions but you have to pay 500.00 to return them to China !! And on top of that they barely answer your questions and I never received my second pair still.

The description of the shoe matched exactly the item I received! Very happy with the order and the product!

NOT LEGIT or very DODGY. Customer service is a bot joke. 'Made in USA' shoes are only shipped from China weeks after they were supposedly already shipped.

If you think you got something legit, it probably isn't and you just can't tell. At the very least there is some dodgy dealings happening.

EVEN if they were legit, the women's selection is a joke, pretty much just mostly unisex or men's shoes and nothing fancier from brand/s they allegedly stock (air jordan). The SKU is often missing from product pages might only be found after a purchase.

Ordered May 3 and amount was withheld as pending from my bank account as usual, then about a week later the charge was removed from pending and money RETURNED to my account for more than 2 days, but suddenly on May 12 the transaction magically reappeared again as processed and money vanished from my account. If I had taken the money out it would've gone overdraft.

At that point I already knew it was a scam so I immediately contacted support to cancel. However, they didn't reply until more than 2 days later AFTER an email came through saying a note was added to the order stating it'd already been allegedly shipped on May 6 despite NO TRACKING SHOWING at all. Even now, 20 days after the purchase, the only tracking event is shipment created on May 20, in CHINA, 2 weeks after it should've already been shipped (and it isn't even 'express' or regular but economy).

THERE IS SIMPLY no way it would take over 2 weeks for a shipment to be created then picked up after it had already allegedly been shipped. That along with other things are massive red flags.

And the site has also been showing a spring sale is on for this whole 20 days despite the countdown never once showing more than 2 days. It just keeps refilling and it isn't like they said it's extended. Yeah, one MASSIVE PORKY...

We ordered the wrong size shoe and customer service made it very easy and quick for us to return the shoe, and sent us the correct size in the quickest if time, would definitely use this website again.

Good afternoon! I'd like to leave a review and thank you for the excellent quality of my NewBalance 9060 sneakers. The order itself, delivery, and the solution to the problem of where my shoes are, as the supplier was negligent in their delivery: I had tracking on the website, and an employee took a photo of the delivery, but when the office reviewed the video, they took a photo of the shoes and took them with them. It took time for the store and me to find my missing order. The store offered to resend them for free, as my sneakers were lost. The employees didn't want me to be upset about this situation; they offered to resend them for free, but to a different address in Toronto. I want to thank you again for your support and understanding of the situation, and now the quality of the sneakers is excellent!!! I wish you many grateful customers ♥️♥️♥️

Very disappointing experience with Dell Tech.

After waiting more than a month for my Nike slippers to arrive, the package finally showed up in terrible condition. The shipping box was ripped, crushed, and looked completely mishandled.

Even worse, the slippers themselves looked defective. There was glue visibly coming out from different parts, the finishing quality was extremely poor, and honestly the product looked fake or damaged. Definitely not the quality expected for the price paid or from a Nike product.

My son was very excited for these slippers, so this was especially frustrating and disappointing.
I have attached photos because the condition speaks for itself. I truly hope the company improves its quality control, packaging, and customer service experience.

Terrible customer service I was told on 27/2 my order had been sent, after several requests for a valid tracking number I still haven't received one 24/3.Absolute scam of a company.Told me on 18/3 there was a delay with the shipping company however there's no movement on the details until 19/3.They hadn't even sent my order

I ordered 3 times. The first order said 7-21 business days I got it in 11 days, second one said 15-35 business days and I got it in 31 days, and the third one said 7-21 business days now it’s on the way so it probably takes less than 15 days tho. I didn’t expected to get it fast I read all reviews and most said late delivery but I’m okay with it I expected 100% authentic and it’s right. I love it

The product came as described the only thing you have to wait a long period of time for your order. Beside that I have no problem with ordering from this company whatsoever.
