Recently (6/4/18 ) sent me a flat radiator that was bent like a banana. Bought on eBay and complained to them. They agreed the fault and deluxe bathrooms supposedly sent a courrier on three occasions... もっず芋る

I ordered a pivot shower enclosure

I ordered a pivot shower enclosure, but the instructions are so confusing, and nothing is marked, I contacted the seller to be told follow the instructions, obviously they have never installed one before ,I have had 2 plumbers come in and they won't touch it, a
My advice is to buy locally and make sure they install ,

Very good customer service.

I recently ordered a shower tray from DB, TNT delivered the shower tray, when I removed the packaging the shower tray was cracked/fractured. I contacted DB via eBay messaging and had a received a quick reply, a replacement shower is on the way. My contact at DB has been Sharon, she has always responded to my emails quickly and has been very efficient. Very good customer service. Thank you DB.

Purchased a Shower Enclosure and tray 


Purchased a Shower Enclosure and tray from Delux Bathrooms of Smethwick. Used TNT who failed to deliver on a Friday prior to Bank Holdisay so had to wait until the Tuesday for it to be delivered.
Then we found that TNT had damaged the Shower whilst delivering it and parts missing from the boxes, Photographs were sent and spoke to their customer service who promised to send out the Missing and Broken Parts but not all delivered as expected on the day stated. . Promised a partial refund, then Delux Bathroom declined when I advised them the part had been delivered a later even thou TNT said it wasn't in their depot.
Unable to contact these via phone as it states Mail box full. You have to use Ebay messenger.
Better off using a local Plumbing centre or DIY Centre cos atleast you can go to the store .
