Received the item . It was a gift so wasn't for me. He hasn't tried it yet but first impression is good

Did not have the chance to try them yet, but they look premium and fit perfectly. The delivery was flawless.

The door delivery is not working since the delivery company in NL did not put details on the package So I had to spend a lot of time to track it in Romania and Go pick it up from an warehouse of DPD … frustrating !

Update: ... I have spend time at the warehouse to understand how can this is possible and the lady at warehouse showed me the box label, and was not completed with contact details!!! I am really sorry I did not took the picture of it to show it. Only on the bill/invoice inside the package were all the details how to contact me. They are not allowed to open the boxes to find the addresee.. Next time will do it, since I may order again soon.

A few months ago I have sent you an email if you will be restocking with impact shorts and you replied to me very fast that there will be re-stock. And more importantly when you got the stock Jorg followed up and let me know that I can now make the purchase

Several months ago I made an enquiry on a product that wasn't in stock and I greatly appreciated receiving an email when the item was replaced by a newer version and was back in stock.
I also ordered two pieces of the same product and I also appreciated you guys reaching out to me to confirm that was what I actually wanted.
All in all I felt that you value your customers.
As a point of improvement, as I also told you in a ticket, you probably have an issue with the shipping adress as the one on the shipping label was incomplete and the phone number was missing entirely.

The product is great from what I can tell so far (haven’t been snowboarding in them yet) but the postage was very expensive and when they arrived the box was squashed and ripped.

Super! Hele servicegerichte en vriendelijke eigenaar. Meedenken over passend alternatief toen crashpant niet meer in de juiste maat aanwezig was. Flexibel in verzenden/ of zelf ophalen. Zelfs langsgebracht omdat hij toch in de buurt was. Alle ruimte voor retourneren indien nodig. Moet Product nog gaan uitproberen. Zal nog laten weten hoe dat bevalt. Maar zal wel goed komen!

Very satisfied with Demon product. The delivery took longer than expected, but still acceptable.

PO is two weeks old. Until today i have not received any tracking id nor any information about delay for shipment. poor. after noticing me about warehouse movement, I ll wait for some more days.

The products were as expected. All has been quickly delivered .
