Defective product and return policy
I have had quite the poor experience I have had with anorder, which arrived today.
Upon opening the package, I discovered that the item is defective.
I have attempted to contact your support team previously to resolve this, but I have received no reply. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and has left me with a faulty product and no guidance.
Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed to learn that your policy requires the customer to cover the return shipping costs for a defective item. As the product was sent in a damaged condition, it is the retailer's responsibility to ensure a free return or a full reimbursement of shipping costs. Requiring me to pay for your mistake is unacceptable.
Additionally, there has been no follow-up from your side to track the status of this return or to confirm how you intend to rectify the situation (via replacement or refund).
I request the following immediate actions:
A prepaid return shipping label provided by Denim Dream, as the item is faulty.
If a label is not provided, written confirmation that my shipping costs will be fully reimbursed upon receipt.
