1 star. This website is a scam.
I purchased a gift card for $29.20 on April 15, 2026 through their TikTok ad. Order # ofr-5U5aBFJI6PUGJ9b. I never received the gift card code or any confirmation email.

When I contacted support, the "Escalation Team" replied and said they would only process my refund if I first post a 4 or 5-star Trustpilot review mentioning "Emily helped solve my problem". They literally made my refund conditional on writing a fake positive review.

This violates Trustpilot's guidelines and is illegal under consumer protection laws. A legitimate company processes refunds without blackmailing customers.

I had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back. Do not trust this website. The gift card was never delivered and they try to manipulate their Trustpilot rating with forced fake reviews.

Update: My bank confirmed this was fraudulent behavior and issued a chargeback

Denimtique has a wide variety of merchandise and I was able to receive a full refund and I would definitely recommend using this company in the future.

After I attempted to make 1 purchase I got charged 4 other times by 3 different companies all using the same address...what a coincidence! Then there is the rude and I mean RUDE support team. Scion or whatever his name is talked at me like he was a big shot and then told me to come look at the building to see for myself. Was i just challenged by some schmuck to come to his office? Scion, you don't want that,little man. I am smarter, mean, and will make you cry with a verbal attack that would make Jeff Ross cry! Avoid this company, they are crooks. If I could give 0 stars....I WOOUUULD!!!

UPDATE (May 16): I have been getting constant emails from this company asking me to delete this review. Here is today's game:

My outmost Goal is to help resolve your concern fully. We understand that subscription renewals can sometimes cause confusion, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide full clarification.

And in recognition of your concerns, we cancelled your subscription and proceeded to deactivate the membership immediately to prevent any further charge.

Kindly be informed also, a full refund has already made to you from us at, 'denimtique.com', for 13.51 USD on 2026-04-16 16:49 respectively. You're to receive it within 5-7 business days from the said dates back to the same card that was used for the payment or the same bank account the transaction was made from after you lodged your complain.

We ask for reviews to be deleted because our system is still recording that you have left a negative review which means your issue has still not been resolved even though we have taken time to resolve it .

Due to this a representative is assigned to send you emails from time to time trying to help you resolve your concern. We understand this might be disturbing . This also ensures that we fully resolved your concerns , close your case.

I personally can stop sending you the emails , but once i stop you will be assigned to a different representative from time to time to send you emails to help resolve your concern .

Our outreach is never intended to pressure you. We believe the review was to understand and provide a fair and effective solution to you and all other customers.

Once the review is deleted, we ensure that your case is marked as fully resolved and also stop us from sending you emails to help resolve your concern .

Thank you once again for your patience and understanding through all of this. I truly value the opportunity to restore your trust and bring this matter to a proper close today.

At the top right of the Trustpilot page there's log in . You have to log in with the same email and password you used when you were leaving the review. This does not mean you are subscribing to us . The Trustpilot platform is a different company for leaving and deleting your reviews .

What a pathetic attempt to get rid of a 1 star, threatening to keep bothering me. This place is worse than I thought, I stand by my review, and if it was a 5 star, they would not ask me to take it down...

They were easy to get in touch with, they respond to emails in a timely manner. Brenda was helpful with resolving my complaint.

Beware of any free trial promotions as per them they don't offer anything like that so it must be a scam someone's running that's not involving the company apparently.

Thus far my concerns are being taken care of. In this moment Im not sure if there has been follow thru. I can not accurately rate satisfaction until the situation is finalized.

I dont know what the date of expiration is referencing. I can not trace when the purchase was made.

My situation was handled in a timely manner, and it has been much appreciated knowing that there are companies that can be trusted and that have integrity. Hopefully, they hold to their word and refund my money. If not, this review will change, but the fact that Eric took time to reach out and acknowledge my concerns speaks volumes.

They were quick to reimburse funds that were taken from me without permission. If you call that a win..
