They keep charging my card, I already canceled the subscription in January. Need to file police reports now. Unbelievable, scammers.

I’ve been using Denote to collect and analyze competitor ads, and it genuinely saves me a lot of time. The one-click saving from Facebook Ad Library and TikTok is incredibly handy, and the boards make organizing creatives much easier. It’s become a core part of my creative research workflow.

Bad upgrade, would charge you for pro plan and adspend is not even working

its verry bad every week it doesnt work again i have to contact customer service to help me and it doesnt help every week it works for 4 days and than it doesnt work anymore.

The latest Ad Spend 2.0 update is a major mistake. With the Basic plan, we used to see all ad spends in one click. After many errors and issues, we were promised a fix. Instead, a new update now forces us to upgrade to Pro to access the same feature. On top of that, the new layout is very frustrating, covering too much of the Facebook Library page. I honestly don’t know if this is a step forward or backward.

I cannot cancel my subscription.
