Sorry to hear the treatment caused irritation — that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have.

Have you tried our Sensitive base? It’s designed for people who experience itchiness or irritation with the Original formula. It’s completely free from propylene glycol and ethanol, and instead uses soothing essential oils like lavender, rosemary, and tea tree to reduce scalp sensitivity.

If you’d like, we can arrange to send you a Sensitive formulation to try instead. Just get in touch and we’ll get that sorted for you.

Sorry to hear you haven’t seen the results you were hoping for yet — we understand how frustrating that can be.

It’s worth noting that at a minimum, consistent use of the treatment helps prevent further hair loss, even if regrowth is slower to appear. Everyone responds a little differently depending on the cause and stage of their hair loss.

Unlike many other brands, we offer the ability to adjust the active ingredients in your formulation, including moving to stronger options if needed. The reason your orders stopped was due to expired bank details, which meant we weren’t able to process any further payments or shipments.

Just to clarify, once an order is triggered, we create the treatment fresh to match your prescription. This process can take up to 48 hours. After that, we aim to deliver within the next 48.
