They promise 1-2 business days for delivery which is bunk! They know it won't be within that time frame but continue to claim it is true. As of now it is promised 10 days after ordering. Never again will I order from these scammers.

I should have read previous reviews!! I purchased an electric toothbrush with 3 replacement heads and only received ONE replacement head. I emailed them and sent pictures three times of the single replacement head, and they said they never received my pictures. They said, "All replacement packages come with three heads." (except mine). Their "customer service" is not a service at all but created more aggravation! I do not recommend this company at all!

I bought a Rotodent from Dentamart in Sept of 2021, and it has already died. My previous Rotodent lasted 8 years!

In reaching out to Dentamart their response was non-sensical and provided no value whatsoever.

Do not use this company! They are scammers!

I purchased water a set of water picks which I thought Dental Mart understood and was sent the wrong size. I called and spoke with Lou who refused to refund my money. He asked if the package was opened and I said I had to open it to see if it fit. Because I did that he said to throw them in the trash. I do not recommend doing business with Dental Mart.

I placed an order at DentalMart for $39. & change. After a few days, when I hadn't received a shipping confirmation, I wrote to them asking for them to cancel my order. I received an email back stating that my package had been shipped on May 15th and they supplied a tracking number. I tracked the package only to find out that it had NOT been shipped but that a label had been created. I wrote back. A short while later I was called by Lou at DentalMart, who left a message asking me to call him and then he would cancel. I wrote again and he wrote back saying I have to receive it and then send it back - Even though he knew he had never shipped it. I wrote again stating that I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. He wrote back stating that he had processed a refund and I would receive it in 3 business days. Three business days have passed (not including Memorial Day) and there is no refund. I re-checked the shipping confirmation to make sure that I was right before I wrote back and, of course, he had never shipped the package, so I knew then - that he had never processed the refund either. He told me any lie he could to get rid of me. I am shocked that someone would go this far to keep someone else's money. But I guess it takes all kinds. Please do not buy from this company - you will not only lose your money - you will lose your faith in human nature.
