Lifesavers in emergency.
I called the Dental House with sever pain and they managed to fit me in to their busy schedule on the same day.The reception team was very helpful and friendly and the dentist sorted out issue quickly and professionally.
Highly recommend.

Well I’ve been coming here along with my 3 sons and husband for over 40 years. Come back mr Hogg and mr party jones. They cared abt there patients. No more it’s all abt the money so sad!! Over and out!!!!

Only my familys experience, always seem to give you the hard sell, we have noticed this over a period of years.

About 3 months ago my wife was told she needed certain treatment and the price they gave her was expensive and private, when she questioned it a few days later and also said she was NHS they said she didn't need it now. I went in for my check up a few days later, explained it to my dentist there, he said he would follow it up and get back to me as it was bad practice but I've never heard a thing.

There are 6 adults in the family and none of us will go there again

I have had several sessions with Stewart in order to fit an implant. Today he finished the job. The treatment was excellent for a friendly guy and staff. Very pleased with the whole process and the outcome.

I started my treatment few months ago for smile transformation quite extensive they have been totally amazing in every aspect .From keeping me informed on all steps of my journey little way to go my dentist Andy absolutely amazing as are all the staff I have encountered so glad I chose this practice. Absolutely fantastic .

Wrong type of appointment was given to me. What I wanted was a examination and opinion on what ever treatment I needed.
When I got to the practice I was told to go through a door saying implant open day that way. I took a seat and waited 30 mins still not seen . So I went back to reception and asked exactly what I would be getting ? No examination was mentioned. So I pointed out I wanted an examination..adding this appointment is not what I need .. only to be firmly told I will not get my money back ( like that was all she cared about ) waste of time and money . Am really disappointed and obviously looking for another dentist.. you just lost a minimum of £2000 as that was what I was expecting to pay .. sorry I cannot recommend this place due bad attitude. In my experience

If you want to pay twice for a job/dentures then the best place to spend your hard-earned money. An absolute waste of money and still not happy with the job done. The staff at reception friendly, only positive note.

AVOID - Rude and unhelpful Receptionist: I Paid for a private dental consultation… I was 10 min late due to a driving/road incident, then I waited in the queue to be seen. To be told I was a non-attendance and refused entry, the receptionist then refused to rebook the appointment and had a dreadful attitude & tone. I was coming into this practice to book for full dental veneers which will cost thousands. I’m actually just so glad I can take my money elsewhere. I don’t think poor customer service is acceptable at this price.

Never had a problem with my teeth all my life. A filling had fallen out which I got around 15 years ago which I never had any issues with so I booked in with the Dental house to get this filling replaced. New filling cost me £200 (total treatment £600) and what followed was extreme sensitivity in this tooth. 4 appointments later and the dentist failed to rectify, I therefore decided to live with the sensitivity having being fed up of visiting the dentist every week. A few months later I woke up with extreme agony in the whole of the left side of my face with the pinnacle of the pain coming from the tooth I had recieved the filling. I called the Dental House to advise but they refused to see me unless I handed over £60. They then quoted me £1500 to fix the problem that they inflicted. To summarise I went in with no issues, gave them £600 and they returned me with a problem that will cost me £1500. Not sure this is part of their business strategy, I won’t name the dental practitioner as I don’t want to damage her reputation but they should be held accountable for issues they cause.

Outstanding!! After my initial consultation with Dr Chiggs and taking his advice, I decided to have four Porcelain Veneers fitted. Dr Chiggs was so reasurring throughout my treatment, not only talking me through every step but also listening to any concerns I may have had, especially as I have a fear of needles. All I can say is WOW! they are amazing and look so natural, best thing I ever did. Thank you once again Dr Chiggs, I can now smile with confidence thanks to your amazing skills. I literally cannot stop smiling.

Irresponsible, uneducated staff. A bunch of unprofessional people thanks to whom I’ve lost two of my teeth already as they caused a big infection while treating my teeth. The worst is the Pakistani or Indian dentist who has no knowledge whatsoever ! On top of that they refuse some services. I’ll never go there again

Thank you jack for my treatment. Put me at ease straight away. Was very gentle did not feel a thing.one of the best dentists I've been to. Explains everything to me so I fully understand. Doesn't rush and made sure I felt ok throughout appointment. Thank you again x

Viscosa House Nottingham. Very good service. The gentleman that took the ct scan was very efficient and pleasant. The results were with my Dentist the next day. I would recommend this service.

Dont go to this dentist they are a disgrace they pick private clients all the time they tell lies its all about how much cash they can get off you dont care about nhs patients disgusting rreally not everyones got lots of money i booked an apointment and paid for it online and they cancelled it it took me 6 months to get my money back avoid

Total let down, booked my son in who nhs dentist said he needs cosmetic for crown but refused u til minor dental work done, went to nhs own dental and they said the minor work is not necessary yet, I honestly think they just want u to spend money with them, they nag about every nut an cranny and say u less ur teeth in perfect condition they won’t touch you, well fair enough go else where which is why people r going to turkey for teeth, seriously we don’t come to u for fillings and advice, stop zooming in photos of our teeth when we just want a crown ect omg

Thank you jack and your assistant for making my partial dentures and giving me my smile back you have been amazing throughout my visits making me feel at ease and relaxed also thank you for raising concerns about a lesion on my nose promoting me to see my doctor which turns out to be a basal cell carcinoma it's now getting treated so thanks again jack all the staff at the dental house are amazing xx

I waited at least half an hour over my allotted appointment time with nobody to advise me my dentist was running late, when I eventually got to my appointment due to the dentist running late my appointment was rushed they tried to speed everything up meaning my new wires where forced into the brace brackets with pliers pushing down on my teeth causing the worst pain I’ve ever felt, not much conversation at the end just a quick see you again in a few weeks,

very very disappointed.

All the staff here are very friendly, they put you at ease (especially if you are a little nervous about going the dentist), the practice itself is very welcoming and doesn't feel like a dental practice. And the treatment is excellent.

The two ladies who I seen today where extremely nice and very thoughtful of my needs and medical conditions. I am always happy when I visit the dentist as they always go above and beyond with their patients.
I highly recommend the dental house to anyone who is looking for a dentist who take care of their patients and give thought to your needs and disabilities.
