I received orthodontic face mask today and it has missing parts. There were no screws to join the mask. I'm really disappointed that there is no quality check ups before dispatching any product.

It’s been 20 days since I placed order they haven’t shipped yet nor are they responding to my mails

Ordered an X-ray machine paid 24k 10 days now .noting is happening (they say the product is not there and still they put the product on the website ). I insisted on a refund. 1000676207 order number. Hope I get my refund asap.

Update -I still have not received anything positive from them, it has been 14 days m my fellow dentist please be careful with them.

Today I ordered some products, I paid through PayPal, after that I m not received any confirmation about my order, I waited for 4 hours I checked my mail, I didn't get any response so I called the customer support number, simply they are telling me to wait for 2 days,I think they are cheating the people.

Fake and nonfunctional product please arrange a pickup and refund my money .It is very pathetic experience you people are fooling even doctors.

Don't buy, amount deducted but no response

This company is giving pathetic service. Even during covid times they have not delivered the oximeter after taking full advance payment. The emails sent them bounced back. The complaint mechanism is lethargic and casual. Sunil K Jain Gurgaon
