Iată că a trecut mai bine de o luna de la a doua etapă de tratament dentar și totul este bine.Multumesc,in primul rand,Lejla!
A fost alături de mine încă de la început și până la finalizarea lucrării.A organizat totul cu minuțiozitate:rezervare hotel,transport de la hotel la clinică și înapoi,programările la dentist.Mai mult decât atât,a empatizat cu mine,am păstrat legătura și mi-a răspuns la toate întrebările legate de tratamentul meu.

They give attention only until you sign up papers. We went with my partner to get 4 inplants each but started advising to get more crowns and do full front tooths even l have healthy and nice my own. After we got screwed inplants my own 4 tooths and half lip was numb and till now after 6 months but they saying it's normal. After 6 months we started to contact that we are coming to continue crowns but then last minute we got news that they changed clinic. We was so disappointed and in shock but had no choices. They promised to take responsibility of all situations but when we see another clinic we don't want to do other tooths because clinic wasn't good and quality and we was scared! The "doctor" was cutting gums with out anaesthetic and was very painful! I think that guy did practicing on me. When we got crowns it was strange feeling because of the pain. And they not giving you receipts until you leave because they don't want to show prices what was in total ! We back home. After 5 days swollen and pain was gone and l feeling so uncomfortable because 3 tooths crown is moving not stable and on inplants crown is made very bad shape because under is very big gap and always stays food.
My partner did full lower tooths crown and it's made wrong because he can't eat and even talk normally.
When l try to talk with 2 agents they not taking responsibility just pushing me to each other. And they charged each from me €705 and my partner €705 for hotel but we had 1 room. DON'T TRUST THEM THEY DON'T KEEP PROMISES!

For clarity, we are including documented information from signed agreements to clarify any misunderstandings.
1. Treatment Choice and Signed Consent: Initially, Danute opted for a full-mouth treatment package, which included complimentary accommodation covering her companion’s stay. However, she later requested to modify her plan to focus solely on a few zirconium crowns rather than the full-mouth recommendation suggested by her dental team. This decision was made entirely at her discretion, and Danute signed a consent form explicitly stating that she was informed of and accepted the challenges associated with her selected treatment. Her dentist thoroughly briefed her on the conditions and potential risks, all of which she acknowledged herself in writing.
2. Accommodation Charges: Separate hotel charges were necessary for her and her partner. Each was billed €715 based on the revised treatment arrangements. Danute did not object to this hotel charge prior to the start of the second round of treatment and completed the remaining payment accordingly.
3. Partner’s Treatment: Danute’s partner, Tomas, had initially agreed to a limited crown treatment rather than a full-mouth restoration, which did not meet the criteria for complimentary accommodation. The final charges applied were based strictly on these adjusted plans.
4. Clinic Change and Quality Assurance: As a company, we collaborate with a network of clinics in both Antalya and Istanbul, allowing us to provide flexibility based on patient needs and availability. Danute was informed of the clinic change prior to her second visit to ensure that she would receive the highest quality care possible. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused, and we assured her that our goal was to prioritize her safety and satisfaction.
5. Concerns with Crowns and Implants: All treatments, including the crowns and implants, were administered in line with standard practice, focusing on her health and function. Danute was advised of potential temporary side effects, including numbness, and our team was available to assist with any post-treatment support needed. There was no evidence of a treatment error or fault, and any discomfort would likely be part of a standard adjustment period.
6. Transparency in Costs: All costs were communicated transparently before any treatment commenced. Receipts and itemized details were provided to Danute upon completing her treatment.
Following our internal review, our general manager confirmed that Danute’s treatment adhered to our protocols and ethical standards, with no unauthorized additional charges applied.
For further context, we have attached a copy of the signed consent form, confirming her acceptance of the specific treatment plan she chose along with any associated challenges and risks.

J’ai accompagné mon fils
J’ai accompagné mon fils pour une transplantation capillaire et pendant tout notre séjour à Antalya, Sonege de l’agence Xirtiz s’est occupé de nous dès notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ.
Son accueil ainsi que tous ses collègues et toute l’équipe médicale ont été extraordinaire. Chaque jour nous avions droit à leur sourire et à leur bienveillance.
Durant toute la semaine, les dates et heures de rendez-vous ont été respecté.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le savoir-faire du docteur Cigdem ainsi que les conseils avisés de son assistante Selin.
Aucune faute concernant la prise en charge, nous étions très à l’aise car au moindre doute nous avons eu de très bonnes actions et explications. Ils ont tous été très patients et pédagogues pour nous mettre en confiance. Nous avons été surpris par autant de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Leurs outils qu’ils utilisent sont très modernes et très bien entretenus et leurs protocoles de soins bien expliqués.
Notre expérience a été excellente et très efficace. Aujourd’hui nous sommes toujours en contact avec Sonege qui prend de nos nouvelles. Nous lui envoyons régulièrement des photos afin de contrôler le bon déroulement suite à l’intervention.
La seule chose négative a été l’hôtel où nous avons séjourné. Dès le premier jour, Sonege a agi pour le bon déroulement de notre hébergement.
En conclusion, nous y retournerons avec certitude et nous recommandons l’agence Xirtiz à 100% avec Sonege comme homme de confiance.

Pour nous accompagner dans nos soins dentaires, nous avons refait nos dents intégralement une première fois en juin. Nous venons de finir nos dents définitifs. Si je devais recommencer ça serait eux les yeux fermés, nous avons été accompagnés, conseillé rassuré avant pendant et encore maintenant ce sont des professionnels, mais pas que on se sent tellement bien qu’on se croirait croirait en famille D’ailleurs, au deuxième voyage, nous avons pu emmener nos enfants qui m’aiment eux nous ont dit maman, ils sont tellement incroyables qu’on reviendrait juste pour les voir, je dirais un grand merci particulièrement à notre accompagnateur sonege que nous remercions du fond de nôtre cœur

Bonjour, je tenais a donné mon avis sur mon expérience avec Xirtiz, j'ai contacté Sonege via WhatsApp avec qui le feeling est passé immédiatement, ne m'a jamais mis la pression comme certaines autres agences, il a toujours été a l'écoute de mes différentes demande, a su me rassurer quand j'en avais besoin. Une fois arrivé a Antalya il est venu me chercher a l'aéroport et tous c'est très bien passé, aucun stress par rapport a l'organisation, tous étais très bien organisé, a chaque rendez-vous Sonege venait me récupérer a l'hôtel et m'accompagnait pour ma greffe de cheveux ainsi que pour les implants dentaires. La clinique dentaire est incroyable, le personnel aussi ils sont a votre écoute. Si vous hésitez encore a vous lancer, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés avec Xirtiz et en particulier avec Sonege.
Je te remercierais jamais assez Sonege, merci beaucoups !

Je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe, surtout Hakim et sonege.
J'ai eu une superbe expérience avec xirtiz luxury. Tout est conforme avec ce qui m'avait été expliqué. J'ai effectué un premier voyage en mai pour la pose d'implants dentaires et pose des dents définitives le 14 septembre. Pendant les 3 mois, Hakim et Sonege ont régulièrement pris de mes nouvelles. Et ils sont très présents réponde à toutes les questions. Ils sont vraiment au petit soin. A la clinique, les docteurs et assistantes sont très professionnels et bienveillants. Toute l'équipe est à l'écoute de ce que vous désirez.
En tout cas, je vous recommanderai avec plaisir.

Full implants
Would just like to thank XIRTIZ Health Tourism Clinic on the very professional way they treated me.
I had full mouth implants, with wonderful doctors, nurses and staff.
I was helped with Sadik and Tugba who got me through with translating my English into Turkish. They were with me all the way. They picked me up from airport, travel to the clinic, all in the price.

Evo da se javim nakon prve posjete iz Turske, preko Xirtiza sam počela raditi zube.
Na internetu sam vidjela reklamu od njihove suradnice Lejle Yildiz koja mi je sve objasnila što se tiče njihovog rada.
Ja inače imam ( imala sam ) jako loše zube i uvijek sam se bojala zubara, no došlo je vrijeme da ili napravim zube ili ostanem bez njih.
Svugdje sam slala upite , znači u Hrvatskoj, u Srbiji, u Bosni, čak i Njemačkoj i nigdje nisam dobila tako savršen i potpun odgovor od njihove suradnice Lejle koja govori moj jezik tako da ni tu nije bilo barijere.
Odlučila sam se na kraju za tu opciju Turske i moje Lejle jer su bili i daleko najjeftiniji, a i činili mi se vrlo jednostavni.
Dakle ljudi ne da sam zadovoljna, nego sam oduševljena, od dolaska u Antaliju gdje nas je dočekala Lejla sa velikim buketom ruža, ali ništa to nije bitno, već njihova profesionalnost, posao, briga za pacijenta.
Dakle, koliko sam se bojala zubara, više se ne bojim jer je njihov posao vrhunski.
I što je vrlo bitno, radili su mi sve što su obećali i više, ali zanimljivo je da je cijena ostala ista što je isto jedan ogroman plus.
Znači imali smo vozača ( pratnja mi je bio muž ), hotel , predivan sa doručkom i sve se radi u dogovoru sa pacijentom jer im je pacijent najbitniji, posao izvrstan, sad imam zamjenske zube 3 do 6 mjeseci, zatim se vraćam u Antaliju i stavljaju mi završne zube.
Na sve ovo dobila sam na odlasku poklone i uz to zlatnu karticu i da bilo šta želim raditi jer oni rade sve, ne samo zube, imam 12 % popusta.
Znači toliko sam oduševljena sa svime da preporučujem svakome Xirtiz, ali obavezno Lejlu Yildiz da bude uz vas, jer je ona stvarno cijelo vrijeme uz vas i hvala joj od srca jer ju nakon 5 dana smatram čak prijateljicom.
Hvala , nastavite tako jer ste izvrsni i Lejla, tebi hvala najviše i jedva čekam da se opet vidimo.

Zaista smo pocastvovani sto je nasa posvecenost rezultirala Vasim dolaskom kod nas i sto je sve proteklo u najboljem mogucem redu, kao sto ce i biti na drugoj posjeti.
