After extensive research and a personal recommendation, we chose Dentaverse in Izmir for my treatment, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

From the start, our medical consultant, Hazal Koseoglu, organised our flights, accommodation, appointments, and transfers. Communication was excellent throughout, with support always available via WhatsApp or phone.

Travelling abroad for treatment can be daunting, but the Dentaverse team made us feel at ease from day one. Their warmth, care, and willingness to help stood out immediately.

Our driver was friendly, punctual, and accommodating, making every journey effortless.

Although I ultimately had a different procedure than originally planned, I quickly gained complete confidence in my dentist, Dr. Seçil, and the clinical team. They explained everything clearly, answered every question, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout.

I would also like to thank my surgeon, Birkan Berfu, who performed my zygomatic cheek implant procedure. As this is a highly specialised operation, it was a significant decision. From our first meeting, he inspired confidence, explained everything clearly, and put us at ease. We remain impressed by his skill and expertise.

Dr. Seçil’s assistant, Betsy Mutlagun, and Aldus Abdullah were incredibly caring and supportive throughout my treatment.

Aldus, on reception, deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond with organisation, translations, and support. While I was in surgery, Betsy accompanied me, and Aldus stayed with my partner, helping communicate with the staff and keeping her informed. That level of care meant a great deal to us.

What sets Dentaverse apart is its boutique, family-oriented feel. You never feel like just another patient; there is a genuine commitment to your wellbeing.

Most impressive of all is that the support has continued since we’ve returned home. Whether it’s recovery advice or treatment questions, the team responds quickly and remains committed to patient care.

Another reason we chose Dentaverse was the reassurance of knowing we have a UK aftercare team arranged through Hazal.

I can honestly say from walking into the clinic being so scared and wondering if I had made a good decision.
The care I recieved is absolutely amazing Abdullah-Aldus who is the Patient Care Coordinator makes you welcome and puts you at ease straight away and is such a lovely person answering every question you have and is with you throughout your treatment.
The whole team is amazing, the dentists DT. Metin and Secil are absolutely fantastic in what they do and nothing is a problem.

I can not even describe how satisfied I am with the service I received recently. I have lost recently few theets due to gum and bone recession. A very kind friend of mine recommended Dentaverse in Izmir. I am based in the UK. My primary medical consultant was Hazal. She helped with flytickets booking and we went through carefully of my dental plan, my expectations and what could be done at this point.
When we arrived to Izmir airport Ferdi the driver was waiting for us and dropped us to the hotel. The hotel was elegant, the room was avarage but well equipped. The staff was very kind and helpful.
The next morning Abdullah (Aldus) my patient care coordinator was already waiting in the lounge for us with a warm welcoming smile. Ferdi the driver waited outside and we went together to the clinic. The clinic is a villa by the seaside, converted to a modern dentist clinic. Amazingly equipped. Xray, 3D Xray, multiple examination rooms and an imposing lounge. After a required paperwork being filled Dr Secil and Dr Metin got into the real work starting with a panoramic Xray. Abdullah was there with me every second and translated everything making sure I fully understand the process and have no concerns. Not to mention he was taking care of the relaxing background music to ensure I am fully relaxed. It was a good 3. 5 hours procedure with complications as my bone structure wasn't in the best condition and I had underlying abscess. Everyone was working around me with a highest professionalism possible like busy bees and they also documented everything for follow up treatments.
Not going to lie it was exhausted :)
I felt I am in good hands and ensured everything is happening with a carefully made professional medical decisions. They let us go for the day with instructions and medication priscreptions. On the way back to the hotel Abdullah helped in the pharmacy to get my medications.
I was ensured if any question comes up I can contact with them anytime during the night. The next day was a shorter visit. Dr Secil checked my stiches and I've got my temporary zirkonium crown made for me overnight! Can't belive it how quick was. We went through the next visit plan and end of the day we were dropped to the airport.
I am still thinking how organised was everything.

You won't regret.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Dentaverse in Turkey. The staff went above and beyond for my father throughout the entire week we were here.

From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of for us. Our driver, Ferdi, was constantly available — picking us up from the airport, taking us to and from the clinic, even going out of his way to help collect medication from the pharmacy for my dad. He’s also taking us back to the airport when we leave. His kindness and professionalism made everything so much easier.

The dental staff have all been incredibly polite, caring, and supportive throughout the whole procedure. They worked so hard to make sure my dad’s dentures were comfortable and suitable for him, especially after the problems he previously experienced with dentures in the UK due to his gag reflex.

We will also be coming back in November so my dad can have screw-in teeth fitted, and we feel completely confident returning because of the excellent care we’ve received.

A special thank you to my dad’s patient care coordinator, Aldus (Abdullah), who has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. He has gone above and beyond not only for my dad’s treatment and care, but also to make sure I had everything I needed during our stay as well. He’s made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety about being so far from my daughter the whole week I’ve been here which I'm truly grateful for.

I have just returned back to the UK following a successful visit to Dentaverse Clinic, Izmir, Turkey.

I travelled to this clinic earlier this year but was declined surgery due to underlying health issues that I was not aware of and that was discovered during a routine check before my procedure.

My patient care coordinator Abdullah-Aldus did all he could to try and enable the treatment to go ahead but they quite rightly insisted that I come back with a clean bill of health as they were not prepared to start my dental implant procedure that could possibly put my life in danger.

Although I was deeply disappointed, I respected their diligence and returned again on 10 May after excellent support from my medical consultant Hazal who responded so quickly to every message and question and who arranged our transport and accommodation and was also extremely helpful. She accompanied me to the hospital this time because although I had a fit note from my GP, Dentaverse insisted on a clean bill of health from a Consultant in Turkey.

The first part of my implant procedure was carried out by Dt Metin who ensured I was fully numb before the surgery and talked me through every step as I requested. His assistant Etim was also kind and courteous to me during my visits.

Apart from the local injections which were a bit painful, the whole procedure was virtually pain free. Dentaverse supplied me with antibiotics, pain killers, mouthwash and a nasal spray to help with my aftercare.

I have encountered no post surgery complications but if I have any issues then I will be attending their aftercare clinic based in Kent; which is another reason for choosing Dentaverse.

Hazel also offers face to face consultations at their head office in Canterbury

The hotel accommodation was much improved this time around and the Driver is courteous and friendly.

I cannot wait to return in October to have my final dentures fitted to my implants where Dt. Secil will be helping me choose the best shape, colour and design that suits my face, age and skin tone.

I have just got home from having some work done on my back teeth , I found dentaverse on instagram and got in touch , I had a speedy response with price and it was as easy as that , dentaverse sorted out my accommodation, flights and transfers without any problems, I was picked up from hotel and taken to clinic where I was meet by the most loveliest staff , my apprehension disappeared straight away and after a consultation my work started, I never felt a single thing , and have not had any discomfort or pain , I’m over the moon with the results, and the after care is outstanding, I’ve already recommended dentaverse to friends now I’m home xxx

I had my treatment with Dentaverse about three years ago, and I’ve recently come back again — which probably says a lot about how happy I’ve been with everything. Dentaverse is a family clinic, and you can really feel that in the way they look after you. One of the things I appreciate most is that they now also have a presence in the UK for aftercare and consultations. I ma leaving a second review because of the amazing service I received. I got to the airport to check in for my flight home and I had left my passport in the transfer and missed my flight.
I had no Internet and no way of contacting anyone. I was able to get in contact with Aldus from dentaverse and he contacted the hotel and the driver of the the transfer and found my passport. Ayse also checked the clinic for me at 9pm at night to see if my passport was there. Aldus spoke with a taxi driver to explain where to take me back to the hotel so I didn't get ripped off. The extra night I had in the hotel was already covered by dentaverse and they sent the driver of the transfer who's name is Ferdi to collect me the following day with my passport and to bring me to the airport again. What was already a very stressful situation was made so much easier from the service and help that these lovely people gave to me.
The only expense I had was another flight and from what could have been a terrible situation was made to be just a minor one. These guys are really lovely and could not recommend them more to anyone thinking of coming to Izmir in turkey for dental treatment ♥️

I’ve just got back from DENTAVERSE., staff were all very friendly and helpful. My dentist dr Metin and his assistant Etam were extremely patient and helpful as I am not the best patient due to my fear of dentists. They did everything possible to make sure that I was calm and the procedure was done step by step. ABDULLAH speaks fluent English and translates everything for you so no worries there. He is genuinely such a helpful person and explains everything to you at every point so you’re not left wondering what is going on. It’s scary in a different country but everyone is so lovely and makes you feel welcome.Berat was my patient coordinator and put everything in place from the very beginning of my visit with transport and appointments everything is so well organised. The driver picks up and drops off at every appointment and airport transfer , always on time as well which is a big bonus.
I am going back in August for my second part but have no worries about my visit as I’m so impressed with my first one.

After contacting Dentaverse, I was in constant contact with Berat (medical consultant) who was very helpful and reassuring about my dental journey I was about to start, and was there for me from start to finish. Once I’d made my decision on the date I was coming, I was then receiving all the details from Aldus (patient coordinator)all very professional and caring and very knowledgeable on the treatment I was about to receive.
On my arrival at the clinic, we were introduced to Aldus that explained absolutely everything about what was going to be done.
Once the X-rays and consultation, the treatment began. My treatment was performed by DR.Secil with her assistant Berfu. They are the most loveliest, kindest, caring people you could wish to meet, and what they have done to my smile is absolutely perfect and has boosted my confidence no end.

I have received first class service from the moment the clinic was recommended to me. Fantastic communication with Abdullah my patient coordinator before even leaving the UK. I was given a total price for treatment and at no point was there any pressure to change to it by adding anything ‘unforeseen.’
A very well organised airport transfer and daily clinic transfers are included. They sourced a wonderful hotel for me as well, all included in the price and Abdullah will even find flights for you.
Dr Secil and Berfu her assistant put me at ease from the very beginning and were extremely professional and caring, with every stage of the treatment fully explained beforehand. The technology they have at their disposal is incredible.
I am halfway through my treatment and will return in early October for the final fitting of my bridges and implant crowns and I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing them all again as friends, as well as clinicians. The clinic is situated in an upmarket area and is a beautiful villa by the sea.
I did a huge amount of research before undertaking this treatment and it can be a minefield of information and false promises. I am so glad I chose Dentaverse, so much so, one of my colleagues is having treatment there, later in the year on my recommendation.

Tatsächlich würde ich sogar 10 Sterne geben.

My experience at Dentaverse has been better than I could ever have imagined! From start to finish everyone was amazing and the communication was perfect. I was in contact with Ayse before I booked to come and she explained everything. Then when I booked she made me feel so comfortable as I was coming alone. Dr Seçil was so gentle with me and I had minimal pain which I was very surprised about as I thought there was going to be more pain! Dr Seçil is amazing and she absolutely perfected my new smile! This is a review for Dentaverse.com Izmir Turkey. I was recommended Dentaverse by a couple of people I knew after they had received treatment there. I found this very helpful as there are so many dental facilities in Turkey to choose from. It was nice to hear their lived experience and actually see the finished results in person. They had very positive things to say about Dentaverse which reassured me to go ahead with a treatment plan. I made contact and was linked up with Abdullah. my personal patient care co-ordinator. He assisted me every step of the way. I cannot thank him enough. He allied any fears I had, was very precise and clear with his communication skills. He was also very compassionate and supportive towards me. I was under the care of Dr Secil who was my dentist and her assistant Berfu. They were both very professional in their care and attention. They made sure I was OK at all times. I also had a medical consultant called Berat who was also at hand to answers any questions around my treatment plan. He was very professional and polite. I found the plan I had was seamless, from being picked up from the airport, planning my hotel stay, transporting me back and forth to the Dentaverse clinic and taking me back to the airport to return home. I found the facility to be very clean and professional. I am now back home in England and plan to return for completion of my treatment in July. I would highly recommend Dentaverse.
