Don't trust them, they're scammers! I booked an appointment and they charged me £50. There was no confirmation of the appointment or payment in my calendar. I had a different time scheduled, and they made me pay again because I was supposedly late for my appointment. I never received any confirmation of my appointment time. Even when they reminded me, only the date was given, not the time. They do this on purpose for easy money!

Overcharged me for a check up then fined me for using there carpark won't be using them again

Tried to upsell my daughter dental work when she was trying to redeem a teeth whitening Groupon voucher. Including trying to upsell her hygienist work! Saying she could not redeem the voucher if she doesn't have hygienist work and a filling. Ok I could understand the filling but I've never heard of a dentist saying hygienist work is compulsory let alone to redeem some teeth whitening vouchers from Groupon. This is a really bad look for the company. It completely looks like they were trying to upsell a young girl a bunch of stuff so she could redeem her birthday present. Have now complained two Groupon and got refund.

Great, struggled to get an NHS dentist but was seen with in a week of calling, had toothache and needed a tooth out which as taken out at the next visit, very friendly staff was made to feel very comfortable

Absolutely disgusting experience and service! I needed an emergency appointment due to a tooth cracking and nearly falling out. Asked if there was any emergency slots and I was shouted at by the receptionist because in her words ‘she doesnt get paid enough to talk to people like me’ and ‘i havent been in over a year and a half so i shouldnt be allowed to demand an emergency appt’ hung the phone on me twice! Avoid at all costs that receptionist has no class, decorum or customer service.
Google the owner Dr Raj Mistry seems like he’s been done for a few botched jobs aswell! So steer clear at all costs, the worst dentist and i dont know how they manage to keep the business running.

I have never received such unprofessional service. I went to have a tooth implant, for which Raj did the surgery. 4 months later after surgery I went in to see if my implant took. Raj tugged and pulled on my tooth/implant pin for half hr and did not talk through what he was doing. I was horrible pain. Eventually, he said, um the implant hasn’t taken. I asked what next, he said we can try agin to which I disagreed. I then agreed to have a permanent bridge with wings attached to each tooth on either side. He advised me the cement is much better and will hold the tooth well, when I queried my concern. I asked whether it would impact my bite or strain my other teeth, as it’s one of big tooth at the end. He said it will be fine. After several appointments back and forth, I eventually had my bridge done. 2hrs from coming home, the bridge came off, I didn’t even have anything to eat or drink. The same day I called the dentist, no answer. Eventually I emailed and asked for an emergency appointment as the cement was all over my 2 teeth at the back and cutting my tongue. Sangeeta had no remorse, did not apologise or empathise. I eventually got to see another dentist, who had to remove the cement and treat my compromised teeth for sensitivities. Sangeeta again did not apologise to my face whilst I was there. Instead, she walked around stomping and slamming doors in between surgeries, and walking in on other patients. I told her that I want a full refund, of everything. She ignored my letters, and after some calls she only sent a cheque for the groupon voucher. When bailiffs attended she claimed she has no court correspondence and she has paid me in full, what she didn’t tell them is that she is lying, and ignored my emails, my calls, my solicitor calls and now directly to lying to bailiffs. I just wanted the rest of the money that I paid for such as xrays, tooth graft and other surplus charges. I told her that I have her recorded on my phone during my conversations and I will present that evidence to court. The bailiffs advised that Sangeeta said she has no cash to pay the rest of the bill, the bailiffs at the time could not remove any equipment as all owned by arrgen1ltd. The case is still open and I am pursuing further. I have never known such bodgers and liars. I have not been provided with a service I had asked for, instead been left with 2 sensitive teeth, no apologies. The frustration is that they are both still working at the surgery providing shoddy services. Sangeeta claimed she is not a nurse there at only a receptionist to the bailiffs. I clearly remember her doing my health check and checking blood pressure and in a surgery outfit with a patient on another occasion. The bailiffs also confirmed that this is not the first time they have been there a the surgery. I have 2 words for this clinic, LIARS and BODGERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Told me to remove my hijab (headscarf) off my head and wear a blue cap the hijab is not allowed in the surgery or surgical room. As far as I'm concerned none has the right to tell anyone to remove religious peice of clothing when confronted she (sangeeta) mentioned she needed to speak to infection control about my hijab if that was the case, she should have done that before telling me to remove it. I went to the interview with the hijab on, she should have mentioned it to me then, rather than wasting my time. The company that aligned me to this dental practice for the apprenticeship, handled the matter very well and knew that she is only covering her mistakes up. Apparently "the hijab would come in the way of surgical equipment so it's for health & safety" clearly isn't I myself have seen many dental practices that have Muslim women working there with hijab on. I'm absolutely disgusted with the amount of disrespect I received whilst working here, it was the worse experience ever, I recommend that none works with her.

Horrible please avoid dentist raj mistry has been in the newspapers for being botched! too just google him, he has messed up my tooth by making it more sensitive and was very rude

I totally recommend Dr Mistry and his staff and thank them all for their kindness over the last 4 years. They are all skilled in their professional capacity and i can honestly say they are the best dental service i have ever received. Thank you

I called in on the off chance to see if a dentist could re-cement a bridge for me as it came away, to cut a long story short i had a new
bridge top front and lower denture and very happy with the results,so will not be going back to my usuasl dentist.

Had treatment done to remove the teeth that had grown above the front 2 teeth, which caused a problem cosmetically, had the treatment done, and was successful and I now have I don’t have a cosmetic problem and I’m happy.
