Scatty, unprofessional and horrible experience
I have never received such unprofessional service. I went to have a tooth implant, for which Raj did the surgery. 4 months later after surgery I went in to see if my implant took. Raj tugged and pulled on my tooth/implant pin for half hr and did not talk through what he was doing. I was horrible pain. Eventually, he said, um the implant hasn’t taken. I asked what next, he said we can try agin to which I disagreed. I then agreed to have a permanent bridge with wings attached to each tooth on either side. He advised me the cement is much better and will hold the tooth well, when I queried my concern. I asked whether it would impact my bite or strain my other teeth, as it’s one of big tooth at the end. He said it will be fine. After several appointments back and forth, I eventually had my bridge done. 2hrs from coming home, the bridge came off, I didn’t even have anything to eat or drink. The same day I called the dentist, no answer. Eventually I emailed and asked for an emergency appointment as the cement was all over my 2 teeth at the back and cutting my tongue. Sangeeta had no remorse, did not apologise or empathise. I eventually got to see another dentist, who had to remove the cement and treat my compromised teeth for sensitivities. Sangeeta again did not apologise to my face whilst I was there. Instead, she walked around stomping and slamming doors in between surgeries, and walking in on other patients. I told her that I want a full refund, of everything. She ignored my letters, and after some calls she only sent a cheque for the groupon voucher. When bailiffs attended she claimed she has no court correspondence and she has paid me in full, what she didn’t tell them is that she is lying, and ignored my emails, my calls, my solicitor calls and now directly to lying to bailiffs. I just wanted the rest of the money that I paid for such as xrays, tooth graft and other surplus charges. I told her that I have her recorded on my phone during my conversations and I will present that evidence to court. The bailiffs advised that Sangeeta said she has no cash to pay the rest of the bill, the bailiffs at the time could not remove any equipment as all owned by arrgen1ltd. The case is still open and I am pursuing further. I have never known such bodgers and liars. I have not been provided with a service I had asked for, instead been left with 2 sensitive teeth, no apologies. The frustration is that they are both still working at the surgery providing shoddy services. Sangeeta claimed she is not a nurse there at only a receptionist to the bailiffs. I clearly remember her doing my health check and checking blood pressure and in a surgery outfit with a patient on another occasion. The bailiffs also confirmed that this is not the first time they have been there a the surgery. I have 2 words for this clinic, LIARS and BODGERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
