Having done some research on getting zirconium crowns, I came across Dente Dental in Izmir, I spoke with Mary who couldn't have been more supportive, she explained everything in detail, any question wasn't too big, gave me the confidence to actually go to Izmir for 6 nights - Dr. Omar done an amazing job on my crowns and everything was explained to me in detail. His assistant Sevem was always so attentive and very friendly, she had very little English but she was well able to communicate with me. From start to finish Mary was on call to me. Turkish breakfast, excellent WiFi and the reception staff were very friendly. I stayed in a standard room with a huge bed, had a safe and tv, bathroom had a nice walk in shower. I couldn't recommend Dente Dental enough, my partner was so impressed with the end result that he's decided next year we're going back so he can get his teeth done. My mouth feels fresh and my smile is infectious. I was complimented in the airport today and when I said how much I paid they were in awe. As I said previously after much consideration, I would have no issue in recommending Dente Dental. Thanks for everything guys and look forward to seeing you again next year ❤️ And Mary keep being you, you're a great asset to Dente Dental ❤️

First of all a big thank you to irem she was there every step of the way for me translated everything perfect sorted everything thing out for me so all I had to do was turn up. She listened to any worries I had and helped me relax I was very nervous I don't like going to dentist but I had nothing to be nervous about Dr omer done an amazing job with no pain so thank you Dr omer and dente dental for everything I love my new smile. Where do I start? OMG!! I was the most nervous person in this entire world taking the plunge and booking my treatment with dentedental. The company was recommended to me by 3 other friends that had visited and had treatment. I really don’t no where to start and I’m the HAPPIEST GIRL walking this earth right now after having my finals fitted today. My doctor ömer was very professional and made me feel at ease throughout my whole treatment. I’ve had the best 6 days and felt so cared for and well looked after. My teeth are absolutely outstanding and I cried so many happy tears. Thank you so so much for completing changes my smile.

MILLENNIUM DENTISTRY!!!! A bunch of YOUNG CONFIDENCE all through the office! The office is SO HIGH TECH, doesn’t look or smell like a dentist office, that took care of my first fear factor!!! DR. NURI put those screws in my mouth so fast, whole time I’m thinking he pulling A TOOTH!!! I visited the dentist yearly as a child and they terrified me so bad I vowed to NEVER go back!!!! So glad I found Dente Dental, I cry tears of joy every day and can’t stay out the mirror. THE PRICE WAS EVEN BETTER!!!! I loveeeee these people

My experience at Dente dental studios was nothing but excellent from start to finish marry was absolutely lovey and stood by my side the whole time I was in the clinic reassuring me about everything and anything i put to her lovely lady and I absolutely love the results xx

Even after finalizing my teeth in October. I still feel so thankful to Dente dental. I am so thankful for all their hardworking staff. Meryem was there for me from the very first phone call and stood beside me to make sure I felt at comfort and ease every step of the way. Months later I still feel blessed.

I went along with my partner for his final implants which was to take 6 days. While we were there I decided to enquire on the cost of 20 crowns, 10 top and top bottom. The price was amazing. I would at this point have been suspicious and worried at a low price but having seen what they had already done to my partner during his treatment and the fabulous customer service they provided I decided to go ahead. I was told they would start my treatment on the Monday and be finished by the Saturday at the same time as my partner. They were true to their word and the whole experience was so relaxing knowing that if I had any worries or questions I could ask my co-ordinator Mary. Mary was lovely and made sure our every needs were met and answered any questions at any time. She was also the interpreter between myself and the Dentists and was there every step of the way. In 6 days I've gone from misshapen discoloured teeth to a beautiful smile and all thanks to Dente. Can't recommend them enough!

After 2 years of research this clinic caught my eye, I was so nervous when I arrived knowing full well this would be a life changing decision! Dente absolutely changed my life, This clinic is state of the art and the dentists are incredible, I had 13 teeth out, 12 implants and a sinus lift and a bone graft, I'm delighted with the outcome and my new teeth look stunning, Mary the coordinator is so lovely and full of knowledge, and is there for you all the way, 100% recommend dente, 👍👍👍

Before booking or visiting this place, please read this carefully to avoid the same negative experience and surprises that I encountered.

I discovered this place on Instagram and reached out to them. I was contacted by a woman named Irem, who I believe is a representative that brings in customers from abroad for the dental clinic. She provided a quote of 24 zircon crowns and 12 implants for £4,995 after I sent images of my mother's teeth and a partial x-ray. Irem mentioned that if bone grafting was needed, the cost might increase. The final price would be determined after an x-ray with the dentist.

Upon our arrival in Izmir, we were provided with accommodation at Majura Hotel Business, which I would rate as 2.5/3 stars. The hotel was basic and in need of an upgrade. It was disappointing that the clinic did not provide a more comfortable stay, especially for patients undergoing surgery.

We arrived on Tuesday at noon and had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 pm. This left little time to enjoy Izmir before our treatment, which was frustrating as we had hoped for a quick visit.

During the appointment on Wednesday, we were quoted £6,500 instead of the previously agreed £4,995 due to the need for bone grafting. We negotiated a price of £6,400 after some back and forth with Irem. However, we were then charged an additional £400 for paying by card instead of cash, which was not communicated to us beforehand.

After deciding not to proceed with the treatment, we were charged £100 for the x-ray and £100 for the airport transfer, which we later discovered were excessive fees.

The consultation stage is free everywhere in Izmir after we tried a couple. No one charged us. They robbed us with £100. In the uk I live one hour from the airport and they charged us £77 lol. I could have easily walked away but because I was with my poor mum and wanted to end this quick as.

The lack of transparency and professionalism from the reception team was concerning, as they did not provide any invoices or receipts.

The reception team's behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and they showed little concern for our well-being once they had received payment.

Additionally, we were informed that products from Israel were used at this clinic! The implant brand is called Alfa and it is made in Israel. I asked Irem where is the brand made and she told me Israel. They have other brands from Germany. So be careful. We should be boycotting anyone that helps that country financially. They kill children. This is enough reason not to use this clinic.

In the end, we managed to get my mother's teeth treated for £5,200 somewhere else.

My advice would be to avoid booking through a representative and instead arrange your flight and accommodation independently. Booking directly with the clinic may result in a better price, as prices offered to British citizens tend to be higher.

There are far better and cheaper places in turkey to get your teeth done and offer better hotel stays (it’s very important because after surgery you will want somewhere comfortable and nice to stay)

I had a great experience with denta dental doctor Omer was fantastic he knew exactly what I needed and what I wanted in a short amount of time I had in izmir everything was done on time everything is advanced in the clinic I highly recommend people around the world if you need any dental work done this is the place to go
