Wir waren nun zum zweiten Teil da,um die Zähne einsetzen zu lassen. Wie bereits beim ersten Mal war die Organisation perfekt. Ein sympathisches, kompetentes Ärzteteam ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders danken möchten wir Bahar, die sowohl innerhalb der Klinik und auch außerhalb immer für uns da war und alle Fragen und Wünsche kompetent beantwortet und geklärt hat. Auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert.

They are very professional and friendly they guide you through the process and keep you informed of what they are going to do. The have first class interpreters so there is no problem with language barriers. I have no hesitation in recommending them as I have already done to my friends and family who have had treatment done there.

Laracity was recommended to me by a family member who went a year before.
I was impressed with the speed and attention I received. Even when I broke my temporaries, they replaced them for free.

I was very nervous and from start to finish the Team made me feel welcome and at ease. I was not keen on first teeth they had done for me but it was no problem, they sent them back to have them remade. The next day I went back for the fitting and they were just how I wanted them and I loved them so much I cried. Would highly recommend, place was surgically clean, Dt Kibar did a fantastic job and all the staff from driver, patient coordinator, nurses and receptionist were all great.

I had very good experience with Lara city dental from beginning to the end and I am very pleased with the results. The whole experience was very pleasant and all the staff were very kind and friendly and did a brilliant job. The whole process was complete in Five days, 28 Crowns for myself and 24 for my wife, at a great price and a first class result. Dent Laracity Dental Clinic provided me with excellent care and attention throughout my treatment. My hotel was arranged as were my transfers from airport to hotel and back and forth to the clinic for treatment. The team are highly professional, they assess the patients needs on first visit, plan the treatment and explain clearly through interpreter what they think will be best to achieve the outcome you desire. They are quite determined you will leave the clinic a satisfied patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Dent Laracity Dental Clinic.

From initially meeting in Oxford I decided to go to turkey to Dent Laracity. They met me at the airport and took to the hotel. They then collected me to take to the clinic where I had my first initial treatment without any pain. Went back home to UK to let everything settle down then couldn’t wait to return after 6 months for my finals. Stayed at lovely hotel met some great people also having there teeth done some from different clinics also. Following the fitting I am extremely happy with the way I have been treated by the wonderful staff always happy and smiling I Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect smile to go to Dent Laracity in Antalya.

The service and care given was exceptional. From my first consultation to my final fittings, I was fully informed of what the procedures would be. I felt no pain at all, just a little bit of discomfort now and again. The team were outstanding and the end result for me is just amazing. I can’t stop smiling. My implants and crowns were designed to fit my mouth and not a one size fits all. My teeth look so natural and have totally transformed my face and my confidence is through the roof. Wish I had done this years ago.

I had an extremely negative and stressful experience with Dent Laracity and feel it’s important to warn others—this clinic is not just not recommended, it is genuinely dangerous to your dental health.

From the moment payment was made, everything changed. In fact, after initially visiting, the price increased. I paid a portion by card, and later pursued a chargeback. Based on the evidence of poor dentistry and lack of aftercare, both third parties and my bank agreed and refunded a small fraction of the total. The clinic was also unable to provide proof that zirconium material was actually used, which raises serious concerns about what patients are really being given.

After payment, the level of care dropped significantly. Appointments were rushed—sometimes only minutes long. There was no proper opportunity to discuss the shape or appearance of my teeth, and the shade was incorrectly chosen due to the sales consultant, Ahmet Unlu, rushing the entire process. Communication with the dentists was poor, with clear translation issues, and it became obvious that the priority was profit, not patient care.

I repeatedly asked for example photos of different tooth shapes and shades to make an informed decision. I was either told this wasn’t possible or was promised examples that never materialised. The only reference I was ever given for shade selection was two single teeth from a broken shade guide, which were old and dirty—completely unacceptable for something so important.

There were also serious clinical concerns. I even had a root canal that ultimately failed, and the procedure itself took around 12 minutes, which raised immediate doubts about the quality of treatment. There were multiple red flags throughout—such as being advised against implants for missing teeth because the space was “too small,” and being told after treatment that I didn’t need to floss every day, which is clearly poor and unsafe dental advice. This makes me seriously question the long-term integrity of the work carried out.

Hygiene and professionalism were also very concerning. At multiple points, both sales consultants and dentists would go outside to smoke during the day. On one occasion, the dentist even had to warn Ahmet Unlu not to touch my dental crowns because his hands were unwashed. This alone should raise serious alarm bells about standards within the clinic.

At one stage, Ahmet and the dentist attempted to place joint crowns into my mouth without my knowledge or consent. I had to challenge this and argue to have separate crowns instead—something that should never happen in any ethical clinic.

The night before my final fitting, Ahmet sent me a photo claiming the lab had broken my crowns and demanded additional money. I refused, and as a result, I was left with a rushed and completely unacceptable outcome—incorrect shade, visible gaps, uneven tooth lengths from left to right, and no say whatsoever in the final result.

Unsurprisingly, issues started soon after. When I reported them, the clinic refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they falsely claimed I had voided my warranty simply for requesting separate crowns. I was even called a liar directly by Ahmet, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The environment at the clinic was also concerning. While I was there, when speaking to other patients about my experience, staff would quickly intervene and send people over to interrupt conversations—clearly trying to prevent any negative discussion about the clinic.

This clinic will delete negative reviews, refuse to acknowledge poor dentistry, and argue relentlessly about any discomfort or issues you raise, ultimately leaving patients in a potentially dangerous position.

This has been an absolute catalogue of errors and a deeply unethical experience from start to finish. My whole experience genuinely felt like a comical drama at times, but with a lasting level of stress that I can only describe as bordering on PTSD.

I genuinely believe this clinic is focused purely on making money with little regard for patient safety or outcomes. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Dent Laracity at all costs.

I am now left dealing with multiple ongoing issues, including crowns of different lengths, gaps between nearly all of my teeth, an incorrect shade, a failed root canal, a high point on my bite, and daily discomfort when eating.

I have retained full evidence of my experience and am now pursuing action regarding the treatment I received. If anyone else has been affected by Dent Laracity, I encourage you to come forward and get in touch.

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother, Mrs. S. Begum, and our experience has been extremely upsetting.

The treatment she received was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Not only was the care poor, but we also felt that she was treated unfairly and without the respect and dignity that any patient—especially an elderly one—deserves. At times, the behavior we encountered came across as discriminatory, which is very concerning.

As a result of the inadequate treatment, we are now facing additional corrective procedures in the UK costing around £8,000. This situation has caused significant emotional and financial stress for our family.

We expected a basic standard of professionalism, care, and compassion, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. I strongly urge others to carefully consider their options before choosing this provider.
