Just had my teeth done had an amazing experience everything was explained throughout my time at dentist meltem done mine they are beautiful white I'm very happy with my teeth the translatior is kalin she speaks English had good experiences with everyone here

I Had 8 implants and 10 crowns fitted over two visits to the clinic.
Great experience from the start.
Ayla my coordinator let me know about transfers from airport and to the clinic for visits. Serap was our English interpreter while in the clinic and everyday everything was explained what I was having done each day. My Dentist Seda was very caring and precise in everything she did.
I would highly recommend going to get any dental treatment done.

From start to finish, the whole situation was stressful and uncomfortable. It started at the airport, where nothing seemed to go smoothly. The staff felt unhelpful, the queues were chaotic, and I was left standing around with no clear instructions. On top of that, I had to deal with an all the men making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Their behaviour felt creepy, and instead of being able to relax after travelling, I felt on edge and unsafe. That’s the last thing anyone wants when they’re already tired.

When I finally got to the hotel, things went from bad to worse. The room was nothing like what was shown or promised. It smelt of fags poorly maintained, and just outright disgusting. The smell, the state of the area , the heat of the room and noise —none of it felt clean or comfortable. It left me feeling uneasy about even staying there. Instead of a place to rest, it felt like another problem to deal with.

Overall, the entire experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and far below what anyone would expect when travelling. Between the airport issues, the unsafe atmosphere caused by the creepy men, and the shocking condition of the hotel, it’s not something I’d want anyone else to go through.
What made the whole situation even worse was how they responded when I questioned the charges. I had been overcharged compared to the quote I was originally given, and when I brought it up, instead of apologising or trying to sort it out, I was basically told to keep my quote to myself.

That response felt rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It came across as though they didn’t want anyone else hearing what I’d actually been quoted, almost like they were trying to avoid being held accountable.

On top of that, the so-called VIP taxi I paid extra for was nothing like what was advertised. Nothing worked properly, it didn’t feel premium at all, and I felt like I’d wasted my money.

What frustrated me most was how uninterested they seemed in solving any of my concerns. The whole interaction felt like they cared about money and nothing else—not customer service, not honesty, and definitely not making things right.

Supposed to give you a passport for implants which they withheld. Make sure they dont confuse you . Is two different ones. One for implants and one for crowns. So if you get both make sure you get two

I'm currently in ismere having dental work done and the dentist Melton and her assistant have been amazing the treatment I had I had no pain at all so there was no need to be nervous and very happy with the results the crowns I had look amazing I'm very happy with the results I now have my biting point back also the start the staff there Colleen and my coordinator buzza were very very good very happy yes

I have just come back from having my second and final visit to complete my treatment. I am absolutely delighted with my finished result. From the very first meeting in London with Eray and his team, to meeting my wonderful Co-ordinator Serap in Turkey, who guided me through every step, I can only describe the whole process as "a very well oiled machine". They absolutely know what they're doing. In clinic, the surgeon does a top job and the dentists who do the final crowns/ colour matching, strive for absolute perfection for you. I cannot fault anyone, the atmosphere in clinic is busy, amazing and friendly all at the same time. I must give props to the wonderful drivers who picked us up at the airport and ferried us backwards and forwards to the clinic, sometimes several times a day. A wonderful service and experience by the team at Dentordu. I would 100% recommend them. Thanks again, Serap, for everything.

In November 2025 I had the best experience of my life. I stayed in a wonderful 5* hotel Archstone. There was much to do on my dental visits, I had two wonderful dentist and a team of extremely helpful clinical receptionists. Thank you so much Dentordu you have changed my life forever with my beautiful teeth **********

I had my teeth done at dentordu, which I am over the moon with my results! the team here were amazing, my coordinators was Yigit and serap, they was amazing, great communication at all times! Answered all questions and made us feel at ease! Dentist was Tugba she made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process! And done an amazing job!! The assistant Ceren was brilliant throughout the whole week I was here, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, such a lovely sweet lady! Overall they all were amazing and would highly recommend getting your teeth done here!

My experience was great more than I expected.
Coordnatwr Serap and Ayla helped me a lot understanding my needs of color size ext also my Dentist.

My dentist irem was lovely had music on all the way threw which I found very relaxing and she listened to my needs
And the lady who I was in touch with basak is lovely all the way threw for everything my concerns helped with my flights everything thank you all so much ❤️

My dentist Tugba was fantastic. Wasn’t happy until I was fully satisfied with my treatment. I special mention to my clini coordinator Serap who looked after me during my entire stay. I would fully recommend

I recently visited a Dentordu in Turkey for treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
The clinic was modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology.
The dentist was incredibly professional and explained every step clearly, which made me feel completely at ease.

The treatment was done with great care and precision, and the results exceeded my expectations — especially considering how affordable it was compared to UK prices.
The staff were warm, friendly, and always made sure I was comfortable. A big shout out to Serap so nice and polite.
From consultation to aftercare, everything was handled perfectly.

I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental work in Turkey — excellent service, skilled professionals, and great value for money!

What can I say… these guys are nothing short of miracle workers, I had a full mouth of crowns in oct 2024 I was so please with how amazingly this clinic is ran that’s oct 2025 I brought my son out to get his done, from start to finish was incredible. Lets start with ERAY this guy is such a lovely gentleman with a gorgeous soul ! nothing is a problem for him he kept me calm and answered any questions I had , same with Charlie eray sorted everything out , now let’s get to the clinic … wow never met such a wonderful bunch in my life . You’re welcomed in like you’ve known each other for years, constant tea,coffee,latte offered. Then we come to SERAP. This lady is an angel sent from heaven, she’s the most amazing gorgeous girl you will ever meet, she’s so sweet, funny and very caring, but more so professional! She really is an all rounder and a great asset to Dentordu. I left my son in the capable hands of these wonderful people and he came out very happy and satisfied with what TUGBA done with his teeth . I would recommend these guys to anyone. Transfers are spot on never a problem , hotel is somewhere to get your head down. Overall this review is about the clinic and staff that manage it. Well done to you all great bunch of people and hopefully see you in the future.

My experience I cannot fault. The dentist her assistant were first class. She made sure she was happy with the fit of my crowns, I did not need to ask her to fix anything. Reception staff and British speaking coordinator Serap were outstanding also. They made the process so much easier and made sure I was okay throughout my journey. Will use them again even just for check up. Family are already booking in to come and get there teeth fix.

My mum had her dental treatment at Dentordo in Izmir and we’re very happy with the results. The clinic was clean, professional, and everyone was kind and helpful. Came here not knowing what to expect always had a fear of the dentist but everything was fine very professional all staff made me feel at ease great service and came away with great teeth 😁

Perfect service , cannot fault them at al. All the staff are very welcoming and the lady that sorts everything is amazing too (serap) happy with my teeth after a couple of adjustments which they was happy to do for me , back in January for the second visit happy 😀

From the start to finish i was guided step by step of the procedure. The surgeon and the staff are well spoken and reassured me.
The hospital is very clean, which made me feel comfortable. The hotel staff and the driver's were also very kind and hospitable.
The price is also very reasonable.
I am writing a review a year later to show that I have not had a single problem with my teeth and I am still very happy that I went ahead with this amazing team at Dentordu dental center.
