I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience with the Denture Repair Lab in Pawtucket, RI. I had high hopes for their services, but unfortunately, they fell short in several key areas.

First and foremost, their pricing left much to be desired. The services were notably expensive, and I was disheartened to find that the promised same-day service was not delivered. This delay was particularly inconvenient as I had opted for USPS Express Mail for my return shipment, expecting it to arrive promptly. To my dismay, the package was only dispatched late in the day, causing an unnecessary weekend wait. This experience made me question the value of the premium I paid for Express Mail, as I believe regular flat-rate priority mail may have sufficed.

The prolonged wait without my dentures had significant consequences. I developed a sore mouth and even experienced tooth pain due to the inability to wear them during meals. This discomfort further emphasized the urgency I had placed on the timely repair of my dentures.

Additionally, it was disheartening to discover that the repair they had conducted just a year ago began to deteriorate, with holes and cracks appearing. While I acknowledge that wear and tear is natural, I expected a repair from a reputable lab to last longer than it did. It was disappointing to find out that the repair was out of warranty, leaving me in a frustrating predicament.

I understand that mistakes happen and that things don't last forever. However, for a lab that touts itself as the largest in the country with exclusively positive ratings on its website, I expected a higher level of service. Regrettably, my experience did not align with their purported reputation.

In summary, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend the Denture Repair Lab in Pawtucket, RI. My experience was marked by high costs, unfulfilled promises, and ultimately, a less-than-satisfactory repair. I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering their services.
