I travelled to dentzz in New Delhi after having them recommended to me by friends in Australia. I had quite a lot of work done including implants, crowns a bridge and root canal work.
I,m very happy with the final result. I found the staff to be excellent.
You are greeted by the lovely staff at the front desk. Greeta and Reena. They put you immediately at ease. The waiting room has a pleasant atmosphere and everything is clean and tidy.
We began with a 3d scan to understand what needed to be addressed.
Drs Disha and Jyotsana were a delight and explained in detail of the course of action they felt best. There was no pressure and would listen to any questions I had patiently and would answer my questions fully.
Dr Disha spent time with me explaining the different cost options. She did this patiently and made sure I was aware of the different options available.
Dr Jyotsana also has a lovely nature as well as being very professional. She placed 2 implants into my upper jaw.
Dr Dhruv completed some root canal work. He was very pleasant and was very thorough and professional in my opinion.
Dr Akash spent hours upon hours with me . He is incredibly passionate about his work and I felt as though he was putting absolutely everything into getting the best result possible. He is what we term in Australia as a fair dinkum good bloke that you would love to have a cold beer with. Extremely kind and caring and always making time to hear any of your concerns.

It all started with my husband who got it done first. His experience was special and the results were there to see. I decided to get it done for myself also. Stephanie our coordinator fixed up the whole thing including my pick up from the airport to hotel and the procedure was smooth as could be though a little painful. People are just great at the clinic, very courteous, helpful, friendly and warm. A few of the names coming to mind are De. Ash, Dr. Juhi, Dr. Joshi and the rest . Great experience and can't wait to go back for my second phase and complete the work. Thank you Dentzz and Stephanie.

I learnt about Dentzz on the internet, they had very good reviews on their work and also great prices. I decided to go there for my treatment and i was impressed by their service. I could not recommend a better place to go for your dental treatment. I am very happy,everything went well.

I just returned to Australia after having implants , sinus lift and teeth removed.
I was a bit spectacle about the original price that was quoted, but what I paid was so close to what was quoted , the best part was the quality of the facility and the quality of the staff and the work they did 5 star all the way everything was explained by the appropriate person before the work was done
While waiting in the waiting room, it was so nice to see people come in spotting their Dentist and given them big genuine cuddles

My journey with Dentzz, Mumbai started a few years ago after a referral from a friend who had had some extensive dental restoration work completed at the clinic. He had nothing but praise for the dental work done and the specialists that treated him. Once I decided to take the plunge in about March this year (2024) things started to move quite quickly.

Prior to that I had been in constant contact with Sadaf Ali the International Client Manager who was always obliging with the supply of relevant logistical information such as approximate costs, Hotels and timings i.e. appointments and airport transportation etc. Amazing communication skills, always prompt and accurate to the best of her ability and information supplied to her.

I arrived on a Saturday morning towards the end of April going from the airport directly to my consultation. This was conducted by Dr Simran Kumar, she was very pleasant and direct in her observations as to what would be my best treatment plan and explained the reasons why. This was more than what I thought I would be needing but after listening to her reasoning the entire plan made perfect sense (full mouth dental reconstruction). After deciding on the path forward, a session with the hygienist I was told to report back to the clinic at 9.30am the following Monday.

On Monday I was introduced to Dr Aniruddha Joshi the surgeon to perform the removal of my remaining teeth, bone grafts, sinus lifts and implant placement. He is a really top person and I have nothing but praise for this gentleman and his skills. What he achieved in two and three quarter hours from beginning to end was mind blowing, the man is a machine. During my initial recovery week I was fitted with temporary dentures then returned home to New Zealand for a 4 month full healing process which allowed the implants to fully take.

On arriving back at the clinic exactly 4 months to the day I began the next stage which began with implant exposures and the process through to permanent arches being fitted. My prosthodontist, Dr Soumee Sengupta was one of the most caring and meticulous people I have ever met. She always made you feel comfortable, explained exactly what and why she was considering doing a certain process over another in order to achieve the best possible result with the physical (main one, namely mouth opening) and client cost constraints. Once that had been all confirmed and we began moving forward I actually got to observe someone truly gifted in her chosen field with the end result I can’t thank her enough for.

In closing - Dentzz, Mumbai is a world class dental clinic/surgery. Everyone there is polite, the facilities spotlessly clean and after care second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending Dentzz, Mumbai as your ‘one stop dental shop’ for all your dental requirements.

This was my second phase of the restoration. The one thing that stands out is the professional attitude of the staff while being very caring, makes you feel very comfortable right from day 1. My second visit was like coming back to a family. All the staff(the front office staff) and the doctors are just amazing. Right from explaining the whole procedure to the actual procedure is planed and also followed in detail. Would certainly recommend Dentzz to all. A world class Dental treatment place.

The Staff at Dentzz are very friendly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process of getting my crowns. I strongly recommend Dentzz to anyone who wants to travel to India for dental work. A special mention to Manish Gwalani, who went above and beyond with his customer service, in making my journey a success.

Was very nervous and sceptical about the whole process but as soon as I walked in the door felt so comfortable and supported by the amazing staff. I knew I needed a fair bit of work done and after the consultation I was advised I needed a lot more work. I had to get sinus lift bone grafts and implants I was quite overwhelmed at the time the team at Dentzz were reassuring and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I ended up with 5 implants on top and 6 on the bottom no pain whatsoever none I was amazed. You don’t just see one dentist you see the team so professional and caring they end up being like family I would highly recommend Dentzz for any dental treatment I can’t wait for June next.👌

I attended Dentzz in Mumbai June this year 2024 & was very impressed with the modern, clean sophisticated, high tech faculty. The care from first contact with Beverly, my WhatsApp conversation with the chief technician, through to the fine service from my allocated Dentist Dr Hussain has been much appreciated.

The value for money compared to Australia is mind boggling considering the expertise, detailed treatment. The unexpected periodontal work besides the implants, bone grafts etc., is so important for long term positive outcomes.

Follow the specific instructions given by your dental team and look after yourself, health, unprocessed diet and drinks and you gums and teeth will reward you with long term satisfaction.

I’m writing this review over a year after a distressing experience with my dental treatment at Dentzz. Unfortunately, my journey has been a nightmare. I initially sought treatment here due to a broken front tooth crown right before my holiday in Dubai, thinking this clinic would provide the solution I needed.

At first, I had a pleasant experience. The manager was attentive and welcoming, making me feel cared for until I chose a treatment option that differed from her more expensive recommendation. From that moment, I felt her interest wane. I was subjected to multiple unnecessary visits, which I initially thought were part of a caring approach. It soon became clear that the clinic was more focused on upselling expensive treatments than on my actual care.

On the day of my surgery, I met with the surgeon, who was far from pleasant. After a traumatic experience where he drilled into my bone, he informed me that he didn’t have the proper equipment to complete the procedure. I was left in a difficult position, after choosing to do my treatment while Im on holiday in Dubai. only to be told I would need to return in 3 to 4 months.

To make matters worse, after the surgery, I was sent away without a front tooth and with minimal explanation about what had transpired. The initial care I received seemed to vanish as soon as I opted for a more straightforward treatment plan.

Once I returned to the UK, I visited a dentist in London for a second opinion. After X-rays and scans, it was confirmed that my sinus had been drilled into during the procedure in Dubai, which made any further work on my tooth extremely risky for at least four months. I also discovered that I required bone grafting and gum grafting.

Now, a year later, I am still dealing with the repercussions of this experience. Not only has this surgery cost me a significant amount of money, but it has also wasted precious time during my holiday and created ongoing dental issues that I’m now managing in the UK.

I truly hope no one else has to endure the same treatment I did at Dentz. Please be cautious and do thorough research before committing to any dental work here

I recently finished my 1st ever visit with Dentzz Mumbai (Sept 2024) and the team and staff were so helpful and friendly plus the care they provided was 1st class - the fact they won awards in August for been one of the best dental practices in India - I totally agree, also note they didn't quote or over charge my quoted dental plan, and they kept to what was quoted. Seriously you need to use Dentzz Mumbai I'm going to go back for my second and final visit and look forward to seeing them all and the great care they provided. Pls note this is not an AI or made up review...happy to talk to ABC if they want me to give them my experience... I am posting on YouTube as well...lol...but only done one post...kinda getting round to it...but Dentzz Mumbai brilliant service and value for your money...also great tip I used Uber to travel round Mumbai. DENTZZ was an amazing experience for me.
All the damage to my teeth was from a dentist in Wollarah in Sydney. I needed a better option and DENTZZ came highly recommended from friends and their family who visit from Fiji to Mumbai to have their dental work sorted.
I arrived in February 2023 to start a smile makeover including a tooth removal, root canal, 2 X bridges, 1 X 3 in 1 Implant, 1 X 1 implant and 6 upper and 6 lower crowns. Now you can do the numbers on the cost of this in Sydney. I did have to return in July to finalise the implants but no issue as I was travelling to Vietnam so just did a side trip.
The team at DENTZZ were and still are amazing, they sorted out transport from and to the airport. Nothing was a problem, always had my best interest in mind and the communication between all staff members on anything I wanted was truely impressive.
I had very little to no pain at any time but remember it is the dentist so everyone experiences going to the dentist in there own way, I had childhood issues arise and I was treated with absolute respect.
I witness miracle transformations in the patients that I met and for me, well I am still blown away over a year on as to how amazing my teeth look and work, everyone I meet says how lovely my teeth look and so natural. I now feel so confident to smile and talk clearly with my mouth open. DENTZZ has changed my life. Yes, I had more work than I expected to do but I never have to have any major work done again. I was given clearly the options and cost and as an adult, I made the decision to go all the way and the price was a fraction of what I would be paying here in Sydney.
Team DENTZZ are a wonderful caring group of very hard working educated people and for the very few people who have not had the time they expected then perhaps international medical travel is just not for them.

Excellent Customer Service DENTZZ MUMBAI.

I found Dentzz online after doing extensive research after I was advised of a procedure here in Australia by my dentist I had been seeing for over 25 years called ALL ON 4. Their quote in Australia was far from affordable so I went searching.

I sent an enquiry after finding Dentzz with lots of questions. Within an hour I had a call from a lovely chap called Kanwar. He was very professional and such a genuine person. He answered all my questions and quoted me within a day.

I asked for referrals here in Australia as I wanted to hear from real people who had experienced Dentzz first hand. Kanwar sent me many email contacts who were more than happy to share their experience with me...All four people I spoke with were still over the moon with what they had done but one in particular helped me make the decision to go to India...

An older man from South Australia I spoke with said that after 8 years he still can't stop smiling and that gave me the answer I needed. 8 years later and no issues.

Once I confirmed pricing, I booked the flights and went to Mumbai.

Dentzz from the GET GO were brilliant. They arranged my accommodation, picking me up and dropping me back to the airport and met me for the first appointment which made me feel very comfortable.

I had 2 trips (2 weeks each time) and I had the following procedures: ALL ON 6 TOP & BOTTOM, therefore; All my teeth removed, 14 bone grafts, 12 implants, a sinus lift and new teeth top and bottom. I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY....it was pain free and my teeth are unbelievable.

I was informed on all stages of the procedure and what was happing and not once felt worried about my decision. Funny when arriving at the clinic the first day there were more Aussies in there than my local dentists.

Dentzz were amazing, so professional and very customer focused from the reception team to the doctors and everyone made me feel very special all the way.

I would be happy refer anyone to Dentzz and not just because of their price structure for me was fantastic compared to Australia but because on both trips they really did care and put me first EVERYTIME.

Dr V who I spent most time with is a magician and such a perfectionist and she looked after Both my wife and I as we both had procedures done and our smiles tell it all.

This is the second time I’ve submitted a review for Dentzz. The first time Trustpilot incorrectly removed my review. Whatever system they are using to flag reviews isn’t working very well.

Anyway, I recently returned from Mumbai having completed my dental work with Dentzz. I am 100% happy with the work done and the final result. Nearly all teeth removed, implants in, and new teeth fitted.

I see some negative reviews on this site. Take those with a grain of salt. I spoke to many people while there who were also having work done. While there were some price variances, those were all related to either extra work required or upgraded materials used. In such instances these changes were ALWAYS communicated and agreed to before any work was done.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dentzz to anyone needing quality and inexpensive dental work.
The work I had would have cost at least 55k more in Australia.

I came in search of a major implant work from the U.S where it can be very costly. Finally after intense search and several phone calls, Dentzz turned out to be the best in all categories. Highly qualified and caring Doctors and support staff. Extremely transparent on the cost of each phase of the treatment. My experience with Dentzz has been life altering and cannot stress the importance of having the most qualified doctors performing this major work.
Dentzz performed a phenomenal professional work with major implant surgery with the final results with dental replacement that looks very close to original teeth. Extremely pleased with all of the Doctors and support staff. Thank you

Had a fantastic trip in May 2024. The staff are all caring and kind and the procedures relatively painless. The latest in dental technology and experienced dental clinicians.
Engaged with a wonderful group of international patients and we did some amazing tours in between our treatments.

I needed major dental work following years of smoking and damage going unrepaired due to a major dental phobia that I had. Given the high price of dental work in Australia I decided to search for overseas options and searched dental practices in Southeast Asia and the Subcontinent and carefully read each review. After finding Dentzz Dental in Mumbai and watching a number of online videos of their services I contacted Dentzz to followup and subsequently made the decision to travel there for consultation and treatment.
Given that I am a Registered Nurse with significant knowledge in clinical services I was impressed with the service and treatment that I received - Dentzz do not rely on X-Rays of patient mouths but take Scans which clearly shows any issue - No poking around one's mouth with a mirror and pick either.
The scan revealed that I needed most of my teeth upper and lower removed and replaced with implants and crowns - I was subsequently provided with pricing options during a consult with one of their Senior Dental Specialists and chose a mid-range pricing option - Interesting that the enamel had worn off my bottom teeth but Dentzz refused to remove them as the teeth were in good shape otherwise so they were crowned as part of the overall process - I was also swayed by the fact that at the time I researched Dentzz Mumbai some of their Dentists had been trained at Melbourne University.
I had all of my teeth removed in early 2023 with implants and crowns applied to my bottom teeth but due to my age, Scans noted that bone in my sinus cavity was reduced to a low level which excluded implants at the time - Solution was for bone grafting which occurred and some months later in 2023 I returned for the work of implants and crowns to be completed for my upper teeth.
I can absolutely state that I experienced almost no pain at any time during and post-surgery and that the service I received was world class - The staff were wonderful, supportive and assistive.
I highly recommend Dentzz Dental in Mumbai to anyone requiring major dental work and would happily travel back there if I require any additional work on my five remaining lower teeth.

Hi I have seen a ABC program in Australia about Dentzz Mumbai and the trouble this lady had. I find it very hard to believe as I have had extensive work done by Dr Akash in Delhi and have found the staff and the expertise they all have is outstanding and the cost is very reasonable. I had been going to many dentists including periodontist and implant dentists and they each could fix 1 of my problems but not all and there is no way that it would all be done in house at 1 dentists like Dentzz do. I had my bite fixed root canal therapy crowns and bridges and I stopped grinding my teeth. All work was the highest quality. There is no way in Australia this would happen or that I would be able to afford it. I have previously put a review on trust pilot but for some reason they deleted it even after I contacted them to say it was correct. Trust pilot I have read what you stand for and no bias but I think you are like the ABC unless it is attention grabbing you don't print it so it will be interesting to see if you stick by your supposed rules.
