Me puse en contacto con ellos y me lo cambiaron por uno nuevo. Trato súper agradable y correcto

He comprado un bolso y aunque hubo un problema porque escribí mal mi correo electrónico, han dado respuesta a mis dudas al consultar y han sido amables. El bolso es una preciosidad, cómodo, práctico y bonito. Repetiremos sin dudarlo

I love the bag, looks very stylish in a very relaxed way. I chose the green colour and I love it. The finishings are of quality, so I think the bag is better than it looks in the web.

I did encounter a delivery issue, but the customer service I received was exceptional. A representative from Deren Rice, Paula, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me until I finally received my bag.

really nice colour, light and comfy bag

Despite not so many reviews online and my fear of getting something with bad quality, I ordered the bag. Because I just fell in love with it!
I received it pretty quickly (from Spain to France), it took me just a couple of days.
It looks pretty! Everything I wanted.
So, I definately recommend it!

When I received it, I realised the stitches to where the strap goes are loosen. I can't use it, because it can't hold any weight if the strap isn't able to last long. I emailed customer service, no respond. It is not like the reviews here said that they would respond within 24 hours, no. I indeed emailed them before shipment arrived because it took longer than expected, and of course didn't get a reply even after 4 days. Nobody ever respond, so don't trust this company. Moreover, this bag is made in China, not handcrafted in Spain. Paying for such price, it's totally NOT worth it. Bad quality of goods. No after-sale service, and there is no return for UK (or non-EU) customers. Ridiculous.
