Sehr aufdringlich und unverschÀmt. Wie hier schon andere Kunden beschrieben haben, musste man sich nach der Bestellung durch mehrere weitere Angebote klicken bis man dort war, wo man hin wollte. Ich habe mehrere Kissen bestellt, aber nur einen Bezug. Bekam gleich einen Anruf und der sehr aufdringliche Mitarbeiter wollte mir unbedingt mehr aufschwatzen. Eigentlich bringt mich nicht viel aus der Ruhe, aber der Typ ging gar nicht. HÀtte ich nicht fÌr jemanden anders bestellt, hÀtte ich alles wieder storniert. Das soll aber ja auch nicht so ohne weiteres gehen, wie hier zu lesen ist.

Nach wie vor haben die Transportfirma noch Derilla haben den Schaden ersetzt.

Erhalte aber ein Mail mit dem Auftrag die Kissen auszupacken und Fotos zu senden. Wurde umgehend erledigt..... Folge-Mail: "Senden Sie uns die Kissen zurÃŒck, wir werden sie ersetzten, insofern sie noch in der Original-Verpackung sind...."
Frage: Wie kann ein Plastic-Schrumpfschlauch so geöffnet werden, dass er nachher wieder originalverpackt zu ist???

Der Fall ist fÃŒr mich klar: Betrug von hinten bis vorne!

Don't fall for it, best go and ask for a referral to a ENT specialist or respiratory consultant for sleep apnea, the rest of the options are just gimmicks!

They refuse to accept immediate cancellation
I ordered a pillow online but changed my mind within an hour after reading the bad reviews of the business practices of this company. It took me a prolonged exchange of emails before the company finally accepted my cancellation and made a refund. However, to my dismay the immediately charged my account again, claiming that I had re-ordered the pillow! So now Iâm back at square 1.

I ordered 1 Derilla pillow on FB as aâŠ
I ordered 1 Derilla pillow on FB as a Christmas present for my granddaughter on November 30, 2025 and paid through PayPal. The following day, December 1, I changed my mind and tried to cancel the order. I could not find any information about this company called Ausica UAB. Through PayPal I managed to get in touch with them and they refused to cancel the order saying that it is already processed and shipped. I received the package and it contains 2 pillows that are looking suspicious and tied with scotch tape.
I have not opened them yet. I am afraid to open them.
I forgot to mention that I paid $151 for the 2 pillows.
I just want people to be aware and super cautious when they purchase anything on FB since there are many scams out there.

Produit ergonomiquement désastreux
Non seulement le produit est mal conçu d'un point de vue ergonomique, mais en plus l'argument de l'essai de 60 jours avec remboursement si non satisfait est un piÚge.
Produit mal conçu : que l'on dorme sur le dos ou sur le cÎté, cet article vous fait mal aux cervicales car il pousse fort à l'endroit du creux cervical. Vous êtes sûr de vous réveiller "tordu". Produit nocif.
Essai de 60 jours ? = argument mensonger / trompeur : le produit est livré fortement comprimé dans un emballage plastique noir trÚs épais et scellé (genre sac poubelle ). Pour sortir l'oreiller, vous n'avez d'autre solution que de découper l'emballage.
Lorsque vous prenez contact le service client, tout se passe de maniÚre trÚs courtoise mais on vous explique, on vous re-explique qu'il faut retourner l'oreiller dans son emballage d'origine non endommagé et que c'est dit clairement dans leur politique de retour.
Autrement dit : allez vous faire voir !!!
Donc si vous avez 70â¬, offrez les plutÃŽt aux pompiers plutÃŽt que d'en faire cadeau à cet importateur de produit chinois car c'est de l'escroquerie .
Petite précision : beaucoup d'avis positifs sur leur site mais vous n'arriverez pas à en écrire un. Il suffit de voir que les avis sur trustpilot que la chanson n'est pas la même !

Don't waste your nerves, time and money.
On their advertising pages, Derilla tells a compelling story under the headline, "People are amazed how this 85-year-old man 'never gets tired.' He reveals his secret." They include a picture of a Japanese man lying down with a brick under his head, and the phrase, "His grandpa used to sleep on what warriors used to do 1,500 years ago," implying that they've made a discovery in pursuit of a great secret. Then they move on to the marketing phase. The product they produce bears no resemblance to the discovery they claim in terms of shape, size, and material. A discerning person can tell that the whole thing is a hoax based on human psychology. Despite this, since I was already in the market for a silicone pillow, I gave it a try, and now my cat is sleeping on it. Don't buy it! This product is a piece of very poor engineering. It's just an ordinary silicone pillow that only a person of a certain size can handle comfortably.

Uit voorzorg maar een kussen uit geprobeerd. Ik had ook de slopen besteld deze bewust niet gebruikt en eigen sloop gebruikt dit in afwachting hoe de kussens zouden bevallen Pakket in originele verpakking geroutineerd Na enkele weken pas reactie geld van de kussens inmiddels retour gekregen maar 8 mails verder nog steeds het geld van de slopen nog niet ontvangen. Dan hebben ze mijn bankbrief nodig dan nogmaals het verzendbewijs.
Ik heb nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt Koop dit niet !!!!

Derila is not a reliable company
Derila is not a reliable company. I don't know if the pillows are really good or not, this is difficult to appreciate. But they offer different prices which can be up to 3 times more or less. I have personally bought two pillows the first time with "a big offer" and paid around 135⬠for two of them (around 67⬠each). After that I received offers constantly and one was if I buy some pillowcases "very special different for summer and winter etc," I could get a pillow for around 33â¬. Ooh I thought this is strange, because the "real price" indicated was over 90â¬, so everytime they show different VERY different prices. Regarding the pillow cases = DON'T BUY them, they are exactly the same just a different colour and exactly the same that comes with the pillow itself. So I felt really cheated !!!

I ordered the Derilla Ego pillow and received on October 6, 2025. Their return policy says you can return within 60 days, it never mentions you have to call within 30 days and the pillow can not the used. If there's a guarantee for 60 day and you can return it, how would you know if it works if you don't use it. I called November 12, 2025 and the representative said I couldn't get a refund because I didn't call within 30 days and I had used the pillow. I have read the return policy and I never saw anything about 30 days or that pillow could be used. It's a scam and fraud company. I would have given them a 0. Beware!!!
