Fraud, keep away
Fraud! I bought two pillows. They called me to add pillow covers; I thought they didn't come with one, so I accepted. That was unnecessary, as they come with covers anyway. After testing the pillow, it was not comfortable at all. When I requested a refund, they offered me 20% back, but when I insisted, they refused to return the one I tested. Shipping it back cost me around 40% of the money I paid.

Fup og fidus
Jeg bestilte 2 skum-hovedpuder i januar til ialt ca 800kr. Har ventet længe på levering. Puderne bliver sendt i 2 pakker, og Postnord kræver 181,30kr for hver pakke i moms og gebyr. Dvs jeg betaler næsten 1200kr for 2 puder, som fås til under det halve andetsteds!! Må bestemt fraråde at købe noget fra dette firma i Kina.

A fraudulent company
I ordered a pillow, received a notice that delivery had encountered an "exception," which they told me to resolve, though there is no explanation of what the so-called exception is Now another charge has appeared on my card from an unknown organization, also from Australia, for an order I did not make in the middle of the night on Saturday.

Terrible pillow
Terrible pillow, cant lay on the side, hurts in the neck. promises an easy refund within 60 days. But you are not allowed to have tried the pillow, it needs to be vacuum rapped as when received. Keep away for your own sake. Dont waste your money !

Prodotto buono, venditore truffaldino
Il prodotto è recensito come il migliore della categoria cuscini ergonomici, ma la politica di vendita sul loro sito è abbastanza ambigua.
Fanno uso del cosiddetto 'dark patterns', ossia vi sono delle scelte di acquisto preimpostate, che una volta accettate nel percorso dell'ordine non possono più essere modificate.
Così ti puoi trovare a ordinare 6 cuscini quando te ne serviva 1 solo, e anche altri accessori che sono preselezionati.
Meglio spendere 20 Euro in più e acquistare lo stesso prodotto su Amazon.
Mi domando solo perchè un'azienda che fa un buon prodotto si debba sputtanare con queste tecniche di vendita!

Korrektur vorhergehende (schlechte) Bewertung
Meine vorhergehende (schlechte) Beurteilung muss ich korrigieren. Die Schwierigkeiten bei der Bestellung lagen in meiner Verantwortung. Der Service war trotz meiner schlechten Bewertung vorbildlich!! Hat mir einigen Respekt abgenötigt!!
