The worse experience with Dermal Depot!
My experience with Dermal Depot has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order on October 17, 2024, spending nearly $300, but as of November 9, 2024, I have not received my purchase. Initially, the shipment was incorrectly sent to Yuma, AZ, according to FedEx tracking, despite the fact that I live in another part of Arizona. After notifying them of this error, they claimed on October 30 that DHL had picked up a new shipment. However, I still have not received a valid tracking number. I have made multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, asking either for an update on the shipment or a refund, but they have stopped responding entirely. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card provider due to concerns of fraudulent activity and have reported to the Federal Trade Commission. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Dermal Depot and advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase from them.

Only half of order has arrived
Have paid for 10 bottles of dysport a month ago. Have only received 5 bottles and now emails are not being answered. Very disappointed
