They didn’t post my 3 star review. I think the reviews on their website are fake, or, extremely skewed as clearly they won’t post any negative reviews. Their nourishing cream works pretty well for my dry skin, however, they gave my partner who has eczema pretty bad allergic reaction. He patch tested the product but had no reaction we he did the patch tested. I would advise anyone who suffers from a skin condition to be very careful.

Sadly the "redness reducing cream" has caused my face to be even more red and irritated. So did not use it for a while and tried applying again several weeks later, unfortunately the same reaction of flushed and rosy cheeks look. What a waste of money. Disappointed

I have experienced psoriasis for the past 24 years. After a particularly bad flare on my arms I saw the ad on Insta and decided to try their psoriasis set. The website also recommended the bath and shower oil. So I ended up spending £97.
I did a patch test and after 24 hours no reaction so applied the indigo ointment. It was really hard to apply and stained my skin but I carried on.
Next morning after showering with the oil I applied the indigo cream. Also stains everything! Immediately my skin started burning and I broke out in hives on my arms and my face also started to itch even though no products were applied there.
So I contacted customer service and was told basically, some people react but no refund because they can’t resell an opened pot!
I’ve suggested they might like to consider offering trial size products before expecting people who are often desperate for skin relief to shell out so much.
If your skin is even remotely sensitive I suggest you steer clear of this company.

This company is not truthful about their products. I had a bad flair up after using a cream that they claim is suitable for people woth perioral dermatitis. When I contacted them they admitted they dont conduct their own tests with these products. They also refused to post my review of the product on their website warning people it may not be suitable for thay skin condition, which is very misleading. They also refuse to refund anyone that has an adverse reaction. Just generally not a trust worthy line of skin care and a really poor customer service response.

My complexion is very fair, and after the latest in a series of hives/allergic reactions severely affecting my face and eye area, at the recovery stage I discovered Dermatology M. I ordered the Nourishing Cream in the hope that it might help repair my now damaged facial skin - extremely sensitive, dry, peeling, still quite red, with newly acquired ezcema. I was pleasantly surprised - it calmed everything down and returned the skin barrier to normal within a few days, with no adverse reactions. Maybe Vaseline would have done the same, but this is far nicer to use. I continue to use it daily. It is a lovely cream and keeps my skin looking healthy.

I also tried the Softening Indigo Cream on a small patch of psoriasis on my lower back, again not expecting much, but was indeed surprised that the patch disappeared after a few days. It does stain, so best for out of sight locations.

As a result of these experiences, I would recommend these Dermatology M's products if you have experienced similar issues to mine. (PS: if you have any concerns about adverse reactions/sensitivity, you should always do a patch test). I wish I had discovered these products earlier. Thank you.

I don’t believe these people are being genuine about being steroid-free. I’ve been through topical steroid withdrawal and come out the other side, but I used the nourishing cream as a general moisturiser. It appears to have backfired on me, just like a steroid cream would. I believe there are hidden steroids in the cream, and I need to be proven otherwise.

I received my products so quickly and they really helped my eczema to heal.

I bought Soothing Balm and Soothing Ointment and both were equally good at stopping the irritation from which I was suffering.

The soothing cream was brilliant on my cracked and weeping skin behind my ear. It worked in about 2 days. Nothing else has worked so I wasn’t holding my breath but this REALLY works!! Will be buying again when it runs out!

If you're wondering whether these creams might help, don't hesitate. They work! I have been eczema free for many years but recently I developed persistent patches on my hands which were incredibly sore and itchy. I've lived with eczema off and on my entire life and have various remedies which work including taking omega oils, avene water, kefir and various soothing balms but none of them worked. I was fortunate to have seen Mazin many years ago and know how kind and compassionate he is as well as a world leading expert in TCM. So, when the creams popped up on instagram, I bought the soothing and nourishing set. The soothing cream is exactly that - it instantly calms the irritation and then the nourishing cream deeply moisturises. Within 2 days my skin was calmed and the eczema healed. And it hasn't come back - if I feel the slightest hint of an itch, I use the creams and my skin has stayed clear. So, if you're wondering whether these creams might help, don't hesitate; they really do work, and quickly.

This used to be selling products that were made in small batches and hand made. Then they seemed to want to get in the big leagues so they changed the packaging by and started advertising on social media. Also it looks like they changed formulas and now outsource. This means the recent batch ordered utterly destroyed my skin. Leaving already sore skin even worse than before. They offered no apology and no compensation. They also really like to ask you for photos of your skin. These photos aren't protected unless you expressly ask. They then use your photos to train their staff and students. Meaning anyone can view your frankly personal skin and body photos. All in all not a company I would ever use again. In response to their reply we did email them about the skin reaction and got nothing. No apology no offer of compensation nothing, not even a partial refund. To be clear not everyone wants to take photos of their sore damaged skin to send a total stranger to look at so what? They can decide if you're lying or not? Close to £100 wasted.

I have reviewed this company before but feel I have to do so now again.
I contacted them for advice of dark skin age spots. The lady called Deena could not have been more helpful and told me exactly what to purchase.
The brightening cream has made my skin glow that much that there is really no need for make up.
The products arrived within 48 hours. Five stars!!

Soothing balm is great for perioral dermatitis

I've been struggling with excema for years and had many sleepless nights itching and scratching. So I took a chance on the soothing cream to lessen said nights. Oh, wow! From literally the first night I applied it, I haven't itched at all. Is this a wonder cream? It is for me!

Always well packaged and quick dispatch and delivery.
I use the indigo cream for any Ezcema breakouts which drys them right up and removes the awful itch. I use the Sea buckthorn cream to regenerate my skin and I use the nourishing cream alongside the indigo cream. I love the products and they have made such a difference to my skin! I have before pictures of my face and the difference is amazing. A real saviour thank you 😊.

I've always had some skin sensitivity - breakouts, eczema under my eyes, red, blistering skin in places. These products have been great. Their spot gel is absolutely brilliant, their nourishing cream has worked so well on my eczema (and feels amazing full stop) and their rose otto face cream is, hands down, the best face cream I've ever used. Whenever my skin flares up, I know exactly where to go

Really bad reaction to the products. My skin never been so bad. Received aggressive unprofessional email from a staff member called Pia which really upset me. The fact that they don’t offer return or refund if you have reaction to product proves that the products are not good and the reviews on their site are most probably faked. I would seriously warn to think before purchasing any product from this company.

Unhelpful customer service, their products caused a severe reaction they then refused to offer any help for the issue. Do not order from here.

I bought the dry eczema set. I appreciate there is no miracle cream for Eczema but the soothing (green) cream is so hard to apply. It leaves a green tinge on the face or gathers as you try to spread it. I contacted Dermatology M who told me to mix it with the nourishing cream and try it this, hence I opened the second product to use them both together, didn’t really help and the product again just gathered on parts of my face with green bits.

Dermatology M told me they only refund unopened products, which is a little annoying as I would not have opened the nourishing to mix with the soothing cream had I known this. I don’t feel you should need a second product to make the first easier to apply.

Expensive products that did nothing for my skin and I didn’t really get much from Dermatology who told me adverse reactions happen but I didn’t have an adverse reaction, I just couldn’t really apply the product as it leaves a green tinge and I was told by them I could apply it up ti 5 times a day.

Anyway won’t be buying such an expensive product again.

Bought the eczema cream for my partner who suffers from quite severe eczema on his hands - across both palms and in his fingers, which is blistery and painful, and exacerbated by mild cat allergy (we have 3).

I've been through a whole range of different creams for him to try, none of which have been particularly effective (e.g. Balmonds, Nursem, Thunderbird Skin) but I keep trying. So I didn't have the highest hopes for this.

However. This has had a remarkable effect. The improvement was noticeable within a few days of use, and after a couple of weeks his eczema is almost unnoticeable. At present he is also moisturising with Cerave, which he has used for a long time, and his hands are almost free of blemish, not dry at all, not a blister in sight. He never got his skin this clear even with steroids.

Absolutely recommend and will purchase again.

As a long-time sufferer of psoriasis affecting my hands and elbows, I've gone through my fair share of treatments. However, my experience with Dermatology M's products was a game changer. The Softening Psoriasis Night Ointment "Bai Bi Gao," used nightly with gloves, made a significant difference. Within a month, I noticed a 95% improvement in my skin condition, and it continues to improve with consistent use.

In addition to the night ointment, I also use their Nourishing Cream "Zi Cao Shui Gao" during the day when it was particularly bad. Both products have been remarkably effective, without causing any irritation.
