a total scam - they offered a free product/sample and started stinging me for $150 a month for the product. i had to cancel my card to stop them as you cant get in touch (of course) through their support email. dont go anywhere need them

Hi my name is Michelle, I don't ever recall signing up for any skin products. My husband and I are on a very tight budget and I just would not spent extra money on something that I wouldn't trust. this company has taken around $800.00 of my money. I have reported this to the bank who have cancelled the card account and I have also reported this to the Victorian Fraud Squad, I'm hoping to have them charged to the full extent of the law if possible. I managed to get through to a call centre receiving calls on there behalf and the operator virtually laughed at me over the phone when I said that they had been stealing my money. (He probably thought I was a dingleberry for signing up for something), he didn't know that I hadn't. He was just very condescending and rude. I wanted to punch him on the end of the nose, down the phone. I received today the 24/1/2019 another tub of the Dermavix which has prompted me to write here today. I don't know how they got my details or c/c because I never agreed to anything. Since I have cancelled my card, I have also now been inundated with telemarketing calls form strange countries like, UK, Germany, Istanbul and other countries. I think they have also sold my phone details to a third party source also. Really grumpy. DONT TRUST THEM. MICHELLE.

Absolute scam. They have removed $150 from my account three times for a pot of cream that was supposed to be $45. My husband. Bought this cream for a xmas present but he didnt tick a tiny box so the amounts come out every month. We are both pensioners. The cream has no ingredients on the jar.

Would not even give these people a 1star. This is a scam, currently have my bank investigating them. This is fraud, suggest they get a real job. I also am pensioner and have been stung for over $100 on my card. When you try to contact them everything comes up and says, email does not exist, even the support one on the bottle BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY FROM THEM.

I wouldn't trust anything from this company
Don't accept the toll fee if you receive something from this Company. I received an anti aging cream that I never ordered and they could not explain how they got my Email and phone number, but likely through buying 2nd and 3rd party information online
