I’m so happy with my new de Savary coat! I went into their pop up store on the Kings Road and the staff were so friendly and helped me pick the perfect piece.

Purchased a classic leather jacket as a gift for my sister in law as she was admiring mine that I purchased a few years ago. The new colours are so beautiful and the jacket is well made. The customer service was amazing, helping me on sizing and it arrived beautifully packaged ready to gift to her. Thank you again

I have about 5 coats from DeSavary now and I just love them. They’re the one product I always grab from my wardrobe to dress up an outfit or make it look cool. And always get comments when I wear - the cut and fabrics are just so good. No, they’re not cheap but they last - I’ve had some of mine for years and years! I also just got a new leather jacket and had a bit of an issue and it was fixed within a week which I really appreciated x

The quality is low grade and certainly not worth the money. You are better off buying a designer piece in the sales which has been well made with quality fabric.There is better quality on the High street at far lower price points. Seams are uneven as is the stitching and you can see why they are made in China! Just another Insta girl churning out of the moment pieces which are expensive and badly executed. If you charge almost £800 for a suede coat get it made properly instead of cheap imports and then you would have a decent label to invest in. Her designs are trying to emulate the likes of Saint Laurent but the quality is terrible in the flesh. They are certainly not a “luxury” brand just cheap imports.

I ordered my mongolian coat and realised that I had put the incorrect address for delivery. I emailed customer service and they responded within 1 2 hours and said no problem. I asked how long for my coat after a week and was told that it was being made and that it would take a bit longer. I feel the communication was quick and honest. I mean I ordered a Mongolian coat thats not £50....either way I received my coat and when I wore it out had compliments. It is warm , fits amazing and I am very happy with purchase. My only wish is that they would make a mongolian coat with a hood. lol but I am very happy with my purchase and the professionalism of customer service and communication.

Such a disappointment! I was so looking forward to thinking I’d found the perfect winter season coat!

The quality does not match the price AT all. This coat from China feels cheap and definitely isn't worth £495! Whilst it may be 100% wool The lining is subpar, lacking the detailing you would expect for this price range. In fact Zara & mango offers better quality coats for a fraction of the cost.. it’s just another factory made jacket. I realise the “pre-order” is because they take so long to arrive vs the preconception they’re being hand made!
While the style is trendy and fashionable, the retail price is totally unjustifiable!

No means of communication with customer service. It's been since October 2nd that you received the return of the trench coat at 877 euros that I sent you back. We still haven't had a refund!! We cannot contact customer service to know when the refund will be made! Really not serious!!!

It is 3 weeks since I ordered a jacket and it has still not been sent and you have already taken my money… this is so so unprofessional

I've recently added the cream leather jacket to my collection and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The quality and fit of the jacket is exceptional. It feels so lux and is "butter soft" leather. Having already owned the beautiful burgundy jacket that has aged so well, and the classic black aviator, can’t wait to wear this new addition. Beautiful jackets and packaging. Delivery took about a week, which isn’t bad, but the box arrived damaged. The store should invest in better packaging, especially since the shipment travels through several countries – it’s clear it was mishandled. The jacket quality seems fine, but upon opening the box, I was hit with a very strong and unpleasant odor that was overwhelming. I’ve tried various methods to get rid of the smell (baking soda, airing it out, vinegar), but nothing works. For comparison, even buying from Zara doesn’t come with such an odor. The store should warn customers about the potential smell or find a way to address it before shipping.
