After all the hassle I am having with the seagull keyring, I am pleased to say that my horse coin has arrived and there are no problems with this order. Nice plastic case to keep it in too.

Excellent condition product and quality many thanks

It is beautiful and now has my late husbands ashes in it thank you.

The item was beautifully made and was as expected.

For those ordering from the UK, expect delivery time to be around 4 weeks.

I was disappointed with the quality of the product . It looked nothing like the photograph .

Although item took a long time to come-well it was coming from America they kept me informed along the way at what stage it was at which was great.
The coins are lovely

Surprisingly quick delivery and kept up to date all through till it arrived and seems well made. Very pleased.

I bought these items through Facebook, the company tried to be helpful but it caused me a little panic !! I was buying from the UK but the items were first delivered to the Customs USA - hence my worry. It took about 10 days to arrive but kept well informed. items are good quality and I think will work fine although not tried. No instruction but printing on the item so should be fine. Good company and product so would recommend just don’t get a fright with the Journey so many scams now glad this was genuine. recommended.

Product great, kept informed of progress en route to me

Easy to order
Company keeps you informed
Quality of item was better than expected

First class service all the way from buying till delivery amazing won't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

The bracelet delivered was not the one advertised. More like a prototype, the bracelet was not attached; just three yellow strings not woven. The bee was bits of material stuck on top of each other, not a formed bee as advertised in their catalogue picture. Photos available.

Although the above let this down, the contact updates were excellent

This was a very poor imitation of the bracelet in the picture. It looked cheap and nowhere near as well made or as detailed. Not worth the price at all. Hugely disappointed. Like ordering a steak dinner and the waitress arriving with a Mac burger.

Arrived sooner than expected
Query answered promptly

Seem to be well made if a bit small fitting. Good comms for delivery

Everything was great. The delivery was quick the quality of the item was just as expected

I paid for 2 coins and expected 3 coins on buy 2 get 1 free if I only received 2 coins if i misread the offer well that's down to me I really like the coins but i am disappointed I didn't get the third one free otherwise my score would have been higher thank you
