I love the products and they are easy to use. The one complaint that I have is I had to drop for a bit and it dropping my membership My unused credits went away for my points. I had somewhere around 80. in my eyes, it should have stayed in my account since I had not used them all as a member.

Bundles are a bargain!
Purchased the Graduate Bundle with lots of files. Was a little difficult to find exactly the files I was looking for because the names did not really refer to what was in the file. The compressed files were clearly indicated but when you extracted the "file folders" contained, it was not obvious that those files also had to be "extracted" even though they were not labeled compress. Had a hard time finding the exact files I was looking for, but finally got the hang of it. Worth every penny paid and it was a real bargain for the number of files I got. Very pleased now that I have the hang of it!
