The speed, talented designers and a thorough understanding of my brief.

As a designer, this platform is not worthy. Customer support protects senior designers. It is clearly evident that a senior designer is using artificial intelligence in their designs, which is strictly prohibited by the platform’s rules. However, when I reported this to the staff, my account was the one that got suspended.

I consider the staff here to be incompetent and unfair. They are colluding with senior designers and receiving benefits to protect them.

Great design, and Logo Care was very willing to make any/all our edits until we had the perfect logo! Really appreciated the great customer service.

I experienced a delay on a project where the client became unresponsive for some time.

I’ve had a very positive experience with DesignCrowd, and I’ve been a designer on the platform for over 4 years. The platform works well and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. I also appreciate their strong stance against AI generated work, which can be a big advantage for clients who want authentic human made designs.
That said, I’d like to share some feedback. In their effort to prevent AI content, the system can sometimes be too aggressive toward designers. There are cases where original work that takes time and effort gets flagged as AI generated. This can feel frustrating and discouraging.
I also find the requirement to use only Adobe based programs quite limiting. In today’s creative industry, many professional designers use a variety of tools in their workflow. As long as the final deliverable is in an editable Adobe format, designers should have the flexibility to use their preferred tools during the process.
I hope the detection and review process can be improved to better balance quality control and fair evaluation. Overall, it is a great platform with strong values, just needs a bit more refinement in these areas.

Hi, down to earth the bitter truth is every one wants to work to earn money. Getting paid assignment creates trust and build long term relations with your company and your clients. Work rotation with designers will create enthusiasm among us all.

Recently, it seems that almost all designers are from Bangladesh, Vietnam, or Sri Lanka, and so on. At the same time, the work of many of these “designers” is often of low quality — basically “five-minute design.”
Representatives from these countries actively use AI, but DesignCrowd turns a blind eye to it, while harshly punishing reasonable designers if it “suspects” something.
Great designers from the United States, the United Kingdom, and other European countries have seemingly disappeared. Even SAI DESIGN from India no longer shows much activity, and their submissions are often rejected by the so-called quality team, which apparently consists of fans of 1990s-style design.
Many designers also disappeared after realizing that the new DesignCrowd requirement to upload images sized 5000×5000 pixels is nothing more than data collection for the AI system that DesignCrowd is developing. This image size is a standard format for building a training dataset.
In other words, DesignCrowd is simply taking the intellectual art of designers in order to eventually replace them with AI and avoid paying anyone.
