Horrible customer service! I received a vanity unit without the legs in November 22. I've been trying to contact them ever since. Left numerous forms, emails and messages, no reply. Every time you speak with them through the chat they ensure you that it will be dealt with, but nothing happens. AVOID at all costs!

AVOID.
This company are terrible and completely useless.
They failed to deliver my items on 3 occasions and eventually just cancelled my order and will not process a refund and give my money back. Their online chat are extremely unhelpful and all emails are being ignored.
The worst company to ever exist. Looks like everyone has the same issue. How a company can hold onto peoples money is awful. GREEDY AND A COMPANY TO AVOID.

Do not trust this company, they take your money but don’t deliver and ignor all corispondance.
I’m taking them to Small Claims Court

Whilst this company sells good branded bathroom sanitaryware at an appealing price, I would strongly advise not to be tempted to purchase through them. So many items arrived faulty, missing a part, damaged and the company customer service is appalling. No reply to emails (over 5 months of email trails), over 40 minutes to get through to an advisor and no refund received 2 months after advised it would be processed.

I only gave one star as there is no zero star option.
I ordered a mirror from this company in August of 22 (trading as luxpad)

It was never delivered, as the link on their email was broken and so I couldn't select a delivery time.
I couldn't get through and got sick of trying,so I cancelled and requested a refund.
I have had numerous emails telling me my refund is being processed, a customer service adviser gave me his direct email, but no longer replies, the accounts department have emailed saying my refund will reach me soon and is being processed. That was my last email, dated march 23.
Still nothing.
At this point, I believe they have literally stolen my £123.
Absolutely disgusting.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a towel rail (Order #7100321563) and was told it was not in stock. Found another style and ordered that instead, this came fine. When I asked for a refund for the first order I got nothing after the "cancellation approved" email 2 months later. Absolutely scammers and they just ignore all communication attempts. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU RUN A MILE FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALL ITS ASSOCIATED TRADING NAMES. Over 6 months have passed so I will have no joy with credit card company, so my next route is the legal one. I will let you all know how I get on.

Like others have said, you order, you pay but you cannot get a refund or any response. STRONGLY advise against!
Next question below is date of experience - well this started in November 2022 and it is now April 2023 and I am still without goods or my money back.

I had a faulty radiator in december after 2 months of using it i have purchased another one, still waiting for the refound

The only comunication by email takes a month to get a reply.

This is the worst experience ever !!!!!

A scam. Returned a light. No reimbursement over months.

Awful company. After delivering an item wrong three times I asked for a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. This was over two months ago and have yet to receive refund. Customer services do not bother replying to email and make it very difficult to speak to someone on the phone. Avoid at all costs

APPALLING, AVOID! When doing a refurb you need suppliers you can trust, Designer Bathroom Concepts is NOT one of those companies. Disfunctional website, can’t deliver on time, can’t even deliver to the correct address and unhelpful customer service when they bother to respond at all. The only thing they can do is take payment. So if you want to give money away for only grief in return, albeit several months of grief, you’ve come to the right place.

What a load of nonsense… this company need to spend some money on their pathetic tech and customer service!

I spent half an hour trying to pay after the delivery address kept reverting to the billing address… despite pressing ALL the right boxes….

Then the ‘customer chat’ kept saying ‘Something went wrong please start again’ for another 30 mins. There is NO contact number. This is an amateur set up that doesn’t inculcate any customer trust…. I would avoid like the plague!

There is an hour and ten minutes of my busy life I will never get back… and it wasn’t even the cheapest site for the product!

I ORDERED £1800.00 OF RADIATORS FROM LUX PAD AFTER FIVE WEEKS THEY SAID THE ORDER READY FOR DELIVERY BUT THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE WRONG PRICE AND WANTED ANOTHER £1300.00 I TOLD THEM I HAD A LEGAL CONTRACT WITH THEM. SIX MONTHS LATER NO FURTHER ON. THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A SCAM !!!!!! DONOT USE.

Haven’t delivered order. I am now 7 weeks since order. They don’t return emails and are not contactable by phone.
This is a con. Beware !!!!

Ordered goods, which weren’t received, apparently left on my doorstep while I was on holiday (have proof) without any clear direction to leave, let alone on a doorstep where anyone can see.

No phone number, no calls made to try and resolve the issue, one or 2 replies to emails in 2 months now.

Worst service

Feels like they have ceased trading, absolutely no response to any requests for a refund. I bought a mirror which i received, no issues there. It wasn't right in the room so I returned it, boxed and undamaged. It was collected at great cost (another downside) and they have had it for over a month with no sign of a refund. As others on here have said contacting them is a joke.

If I could put zero stars I would. Horrendous company with appalling customer service. Refusing to refund our radiator though it was damaged on arrival. The chat facility is absurd, they promised to email me by a certain time and failed to do so. I shall be contacting trading standards tomorrow. Agree with others it must be a scam company selling faulty goods at best.

They were quick to take my cash, couldn’t fulfil my order so cancelled 12hours after taking my cash.
I am still waiting for my refund some 20 days after. They don’t answer emails and the online chat is a joke . This company is so bad. Please go elsewhere.
