SHADY! As another person wrote, "proceed at your own risk". I wanted to order the Cartier Love Bracelet. There is no form to specify size or color. When I asked for more info. via chat, I was told to put my requests in the "Notes" section and pay ahead even though I didn't know if they had the item I wanted in stock. I was told that they offer full refunds if they send the wrong item but they would NOT tell me, specifically, if the refund included return shipping. This is what they wrote instead "first learn some manners, this is not some tuck shop, respect is paramount to us and all our customers understand this fact, you may purchase elsewhere, we do not do business with fools like your self, rude and arrogant people are not welcomes here". The feedback section on the website does not work and the email I sent was returned undeliverable.

These guys we're a good supplier, however I purchased a bag recently, paid an enormous amount of $$ for it and the quality is far from AAA+.
I tried reaching out to them with no response.
Will not be buying from these guys again.

Terrible experience.
I have bought o their website before and it was great, so I decided to buy again, what a dissapoint. First they took 5 days to reply to my email saying that the product I asked wasn't available. Then they asked me to choose other model, I have tried choosing more than 10 different models and all are out of stock (but available on their website). When I asked them to return the money they say they are not allowed to do it.

What a terrible experience... I'm extremally dissapointed.

Found what item I wanted on their website. Paid for it only to be told the item was damaged & to choose another item. I picked out 3 other items only to be told that they were unavailable. They would not return my money. This is a bait & switch scheme. They are clever by sending pictures of some items by saying I could choose one of them so I did not have to go thru their whole website. I didn't want any of the ones in the pictures they sent. They are scammers.

Though in the description of the item it says it comes with a box, the truth is you have to pay an extra 50 usd or 100 usd for a box (not stated in the description), and you have to request it, otherwise the bag is going to be shipped wrapped in only plastic. Moreover, you can not pay directly by card, the money has to be transferred via a wiring company to an expense, that is also an extra price to the bag.

Though the items are of good quality, I think all charges should be transparent and indicates from the beginning.

I am very satisfied with the services I have received from them.
The communication was very good, the delivery was perfectly on time and the quality of backpack is amazing.
