I love the packaging. Customer service was great. I should've reached out sooner than later for advice and I feel I would absolutely love my creation had I done that. However, "Ambience" is still the best tasting whiskey blend I have been able to drink straight, which is what I was looking for. Next order I am going to reverse the formula to have that "even more smoother taste and mouth feel"

The process was super easy and the shipping was fast. The wrapping is beyond what I was expecting. I didn't even open it fully because I feel that the experience of opening it, is one in itself.
