It came within 3 days of order and photo quality is good but withing the first use the corner started to peel off and after a week a section came off leaving a sharp edge dangerous for babies and toddlers about.

Really poor product and experience. First cover arrived and was not printed properly. I sent some photos and they sent a replacement cover. The second was better but still faulty. I am currently in the process of a back and forth email conversation with a customer service that only replies in the middle of the night (foreign customer service?) and they now want me to return the covers at my own expense for them to review and decide if they will refund me. They also haven’t bothered to tell me the return address…!

Don’t use this company. Even if the cover had printed properly the cover is still shockingly poor quality plastic.

Oh and don’t get me started on their shocking chat facility that says someone will be with you in a few minutes but you don’t get a reply at all.

Initially good response to my query prior to spending money with them. I was looking for a pop socket to match the photo on my phone case. They promised they would line it up perfectly. I placed the order. The phone case was ok but the pop socket not only didn’t line up but the photo had been reversed so was never ever going to be even close. I’ve emailed twice and received no reply. Honestly wouldn’t use them again. Once they get your money they lose interest in customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.

Previous purchase was fantastic, new case not so much.
My previous case had the Magsafe option and the charging port cut-out doesn't seem to accommodate many chargers.
I had Ryan from Custom Services reach out a month ago but never received a reply back.
Disappointed this time as the previous was so good!

I had a really disappointing experience with customer service recently. I ordered a mobile phone case on 8th March as a gift for my friend, and according to the email confirmation, it was supposed to arrive by March 12th or 13th. This delivery was particularly important to me because I won’t be able to see my friend for the next couple of months.

When I reached out through DMC's website chat, the adviser bluntly informed me that I would need to wait an additional 1-2 working days for my order and that I should have picked express delivery if I wanted it sooner. I explained why this timing was crucial for me, but unfortunately, the adviser didn’t express any sympathy or even apologize for the delay. Instead, it felt like they were scolding me for not choosing special delivery, which would have ensured a quicker arrival. The conversation turned into a lecture rather than a helpful exchange.

As you can imagine, I'm quite frustrated. I had hoped to continue ordering gifts from this company in the future, but after this experience, I will definitely think twice before doing so. It’s shocking how some companies can provide such poor customer service when there are so many competitors out there and considering how challenging it is for businesses to survive in today’s market.

I ordered a case last week as a present for my son's birthday later this week. I received a delivery due date of 22-23rd Feb, but didn't hear anything since. I checked their online tracker and it was showing on the 23rd as still in production, this then changed later that day to 'dispatched'. However, I've not received any emails from the company to confirm dispatch, nor anything from Royal Mail to say they have it. I've tried several times to get in touch with this company via email, messenger, live chat and via their online form - but I've heard nothing at all in response. I'm now worried that I'm not going to get the item at all. Some reassurance would have been nice. Really, really disappointed with this experience as I'd gone off previous past positive reviews when making a decision to buy from here.

The Web Site was very good and found it easy to design the phone case.
The Case was great value for money and was a really good quality.
I would definitely use Design My Case in the future and recommend them to friends and family 👍

The website was intuitive and easy to navigate. Designing my phone was easy and fun to do. The case arrived quickly, and the quality exceeded my expectations: vibrant print, solid fit, and durable feel. Would definitely order again.

The photographs were very clear and the case is good quality. The order arrived earlier than expected. The site was easy to use and there were no issues uploading the photographs and arranging where you want them.

Beautiful phone case that my daughter absolutely loves! Very durable and image hasn’t faded etc. Easy to use website to design exactly what you want. Also great value for money and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Ordered 2 different styles of phone cases as Xmas presents for my parents. They are both lovely, great quality products I’m very pleased with both of them. Thank you design my case I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else when I need a personalised phone case in the future.

I did a phone cover for my Dad for Christmas to replace his older one, used an image of the new FGR badge and he absolutely loved it. Great quality and very easy to use service. Highly recommend
