They committed fraud by continually changing my designs, my narratives and wanted more money! I WILL NEVER USE THEM!!!!!

Brilliant from Start to Finish

Design Funnel did an amazing job on my website. They nailed the design, were super easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m thrilled with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch web design!

I hired Funnel to design a website and logo for my business, but they completely failed to deliver on their promises. Despite multiple payments and assurances, they never provided a finished product—or even a usable draft. Communication was poor, deadlines were constantly missed, and in the end, I was left with nothing but wasted time and money.

This company lacks professionalism and accountability. I strongly advise against working with them if you expect quality service or timely results. Look elsewhere for reliable design services

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICES!

Designs Funnel and working with Ashley Miles began with website build, hosting and management but in 2024, I decided to hire them on to run a pay-per-click marketing campaign for me and I HIGHLY regret doing so.

It became one fraudulent mishap after another.

First stating that my initial $950 charged for this service was “held by PayPal” and needed a 120 days timeframe for release until they could access the funds in order to perform the service…..

This was then followed by another $4950 that led to ZERO results for the pay-per-click campaign. ZERO RESULTS. NOT ONE SINGLE completed application for my campaign. Speaking to other marketing companies that handle PPC, this is unheard of. So they essentially took my money knowing that they didn’t know what they were doing OR are just complete scammers….

I requested a refund for all of my money spent — and their resolution/plan for a refund? They asked ME to contact MY BANK to dispute the charges as “services not rendered” in order to get my money back.

They also had me create another email account to house/collect completed forms for this PPC campaign of which ended up being a complete waste of money since I was paying for another email address under my business account but I RECEIVED ZERO COMPLETELY FORMS!

Oh, and the initial $950 that was “held by PayPal”? Yup, you guessed it… Never got that money back either. “Dispute with your bank” was, again, their resolution.

FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD.

If you read through their reviews, you’ll see a stark decline is positive reviews early/mind-2024, clearly something happened with the company/service that drove them to start acting extremely fraudulent/shady.

Don’t waste your time, energy or resources on this company. Take your business and money elsewhere.

For those that have been scammed, like myself, take solace that karma always comes back and claims what’s due.

The team was very helpful in getting the site up and running. However, I was told that my site was hacked by China and I needed to pay a few thousand dollars to re-build the security parameter. Not sure how this could have happened when they guarantee security protections in the site hosting fee. The only reason that I did not provide 1 star is because they followed up with me many times to get the site up and running initially.

Absolutely disgraceful company who stole money from me by not providing things I have paid for. This company are a scam artist and blagger Do not use this company. They will ghost you after you have paid. But I’m going after him he scammed the wrong person

This company is a scam. They will create a website for you, and service it for a few months, then they will tell you your site was hacked by Russians and will demand a ransom to get it back up and running. Do not use this company.

This company GHOSTED a month into the project. Sent a refund, luckily, but there was zero communication regarding it. The communication throughout the project was also poor. The entire thing seemed extremely sketchy, and I sadly was proved correct.

Working hand in hand with Ashley and her team has been an amazing journey!!! When my partner and I were struggling with articulating the idea that we wanted for our logo alone, Ashley and her team was there every step of the way!! They did not get frustrated at us changing our mind. They simply changed the little details that we asked for in order to make our dreams for our business a reality. I’m grateful for this company.

First I would like to say thank you to Mark J Eden and whole crew at Designs Funnels LLC. If you are looking for a company to build your website!? Designs Funnel LLC is your place! Let me just say they are amazing! I was skeptical when I was looking around for a company to rebuilt my website. But after speaking with them, I was pretty confident and went for it! And I do not regret it! My original website was upside down, and I had many many errors, and I needed somebody to rebuild it from scratch. I gave Mark my vision of how I want things to be, and he was thorough in delivering In exactly what I requested! And in fact even better than what I have requested! My website now is amazing and most of all it is so easy for people to navigate through, which was my biggest concern! We always want to make things as simple as possible for our customers! I was really amazed how Mark J Eden addressed every single concern I had. Everyday I would send Mark request on changes to my website, and I continue to do so to this day! Mark would resolve these changes in a matter of minutes! And may I say that Designs Funnel also manages my Google ads! At one time, I had a problem with the Google ads on a Sunday. Mark and the crew was able to resolve it for me on a Sunday, which is unheard of! If I could give Mark J Eden10 Stars, I would! Designs Funnel LLC has been truly amazing to work with, reliable, professionals, who will make your vision of your business become reality! Another concern I had was finances, however thanks to Designs Funnel, they were flexible with payments, which was very very helpful! I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience and most of all an incredible website! Thank you so much Mark J Eden and the whole crew at Designs Funnel LLC!!

I have been working with Michael Turner at Design Funnels for the last month or so and it has been an incredible experience. Mike has been extremely supportive and flexible with bringing my visions to life. He addresses all of my questions, changes, and concerns with a sense of urgency. Customer service and satisfaction is definitely a strong suit for Michael and the rest of the team at design funnels and I’m extremely satisfied and I have recommended them to my colleagues to employ them for their services of website design and social media marketing and management!

I was so happy to have found designs funnel and work with Mark. He is very patient and encouraging. I had no website experience. He helped put together the vision I had for my business. Mark is helping me on other projects as well.

Brian was absolutely wonderful and has the backing of a professional team. He is diligent, creative and was instrumental in creating a complex website from start to finish in one week! Highly recommend Designs Funnel.

Brian was incredible. We had some issues with the website design time frame, but once he created the website, finished the website, the final design was better than what we expected. We were impressed with the final product and received more than we asked for. My only advice is to know exactly what you want on the website and provide specific instructions.

Working with Design Funnel, and especially Ashley Miles, was a breeze. It was a smaller project on google sites page with some key deliverables and a tight turn around. Ashley quickly understood the project, provided appropriate consultation and delivered. The team did not try to over engineer my project. The reiterative process was quick and simple. The team took feedback well an expertly implemented. i am super pleased with the results - especially the live linkage to a Instagram page and the creation of some infographics - I would be delighted to work with the team again.

Design Funnels is such an amazing company. I am not the most technologically advanced so hiring Ashley & Malcom for all my web design and Instagram needs has been the biggest help while I’ve been launching my small mobile dog grooming business. My website is beautiful and looks so professional. They took care of every little detail for me which makes my life so much easier!! I highly recommend them, any time I wanted a small change they edited immediately, she even went out of her way and designed my business cards which look great!!

Michael Turner was very helpful and especially patient. I like my Logos. He did a great job!
