We supply complete workstation setups as well as individual items, including business laptops, monitors, docking solutions, keyboards, mice, headsets and other workplace technology. Customers can build a setup around their requirements and see clear monthly rental pricing before proceeding. Our service is designed specifically for businesses, from small companies and start-ups through to growing teams that need a practical way to add, replace or upgrade workplace equipment. Rental agreements have straightforward terms, with equipment remaining available for continued rental after the initial minimum period. DeskStack equipment is professionally checked before dispatch, with electrical equipment PAT tested where applicable. If equipment develops a covered hardware fault during the rental, our aim is to get the customer working again quickly, including replacement equipment where required. We believe business IT should be straightforward. Instead of searching through hundreds of products, customers can choose individual equipment or use our Build Your Stack service to create a complete workstation tailored to their needs. DeskStack combines experience in business technology, IT hardware sourcing and online retail with a simpler rental model built around flexibility, transparent pricing and ongoing support. We currently serve UK business customers only, with equipment delivered directly to the customer's business or nominated workplace.
