The resort was very quick at getting back to me and answering questions and revising my reservation. It was easy to do and the staff was very patient.

If I could give Destify zero stars, I would. This was easily one of the most frustrating, disappointing, and weird experiences we’ve ever had. From the start, Destify was promising. We spoke with “Senion Wedding Consultant”, Ha. Honestly, Ha was very nice and sold us that dream destination wedding we were looking for. We were interested in booking Barcelo Aruba. Ha priced it out for us, sent us packages, and talked about wedding dates. This is when things started to go downhill. It turns out, destify had all the incorrect package prices, so the package we liked- was not possible at that price point. Fine, even with that, we were still dumb enough to listen to Destify and how they make everything “seamless” and they provide so much for couples... Destify provides a wedding website so your guests can book directly through them and attend your destination wedding. Here is the one down fall- Destify charges your guests about $3k more then if they were to book through the resort... so what is the benefit of using a third party like destify? Not sure. But don't worry.... your guests can price match!!!(they use this as some weird sales tactic then throw it back in your face). No, your guests can't price match.... they declined everyone of mine. Booking rooms directly through Barcelo Aruba is about $3k cheaper than destify rates and they STILL would not honor it. I voiced my opinion to Ha, she was very apologetic, useless, but apologetic. Along with Jasmine, who I am still confused on her role there as she proved to be less than helpful with any of our concerns. Completely useless. Communication was a nightmare -when I did get a response, it was vague, generic, and didn’t actually address my questions. It felt like no one knew what they were doing or cared enough to help. Honestly, I ended up doing more work telling my guests not to book through destify because of their scam price system than they did actually planning the trip. That defeats the entire purpose of using an agency like Destify. Thank god for our resort as they took over and will be taking care of us from now until our wedding date. Save yourself (and guests) the stress, time, and money—stay far away from Destify. They add zero value and turn what should be an enjoyable experience into a complete headache.

If I could rate it a negative star I would have. Our entire family paid the $150 non-refundable fee, which was in excess of thousands of dollars. The bride and groom decided to cancel the wedding, which would have been in December. Destify claims the $150 is for administrative costs, but what costs? The reservations were made two weeks before the wedding was canceled. This company is unethical and unreasonable. I would NEVER recommend Destify to anyone.
Seriously, Destify can justify administrative costs within a two-week time period for over thousands of dollars? Destify robbed out family and absolutely REFUSE to make an exception. They also indicated the would help us change dates so we don't lose our money. That's not what they said when I made a complaint with the BBB - they said the money was not transferable to any other dates. Destify are liars and thieves. I am going to let every social media platform what type of company Destify is and how they stole from us.

Helen was amazing miracle worker! She helped book last minute room and last minute room to extend our stay for our wedding. With planning a wedding I was not the best with responding and she made sure to check and double check and triple check exactly what we wanted. Very knowledgeable and again, a miracle worker!

Genevieve was so helpful! I had missed the timeline to book a transfer from the airport to the hotel on the app and Genevieve made it so easy to add and she stayed on the line till the process was done. She was so helpful and professional.

Missed deadline for transportation due to recent medical issues. With current level of concern for tourists, it was imperative that we were confident in our transportation. Thank you very much,Genevieve!

Destify is making our upcoming trip easy to manage and keeps everything organized with little to no effort. Additionally, Mariflo was super helpful! He has been available to help with all of our travel needs and questions. I cant thank him enough.

Working with Lily was an absolute pleasure. She was incredible at answering every single question I had — no matter how small — and always took the time to thoroughly address all of my specifications and ideas. Planning a wedding from afar can feel overwhelming, but Lily made it feel effortless. She was extremely accommodating, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything aligned perfectly with what I envisioned!

If you’re considering booking with Destiny for your destination wedding, don’t hesitate. The level of service, care, and professionalism — especially from Lily — is unmatched. I’m so grateful for all of the time she put into planning this day for us!
