Карту сделал, вроде работает. Но проверка документов это конечно жесть, ждал почти три дня пока одобрят. Поддержка отвечает, но какими-то шаблонами иногда. Твердая тройка, хотя сама идея с виртуалкой и эпл пеем удобная для стримов.

Excellent for creators here in Bahrain. I was looking for a reliable way to manage my tips without going through local bank hassles for every small transaction. Finally I can get my tips on a virtual card and spend directly for my setup or new games. No issues with verification for me, it took maybe a couple of hours and I was ready to go. Highly recommend for those who stream on Kick or Twitch.

I set up an account for donations as my daughter is doing a Sponsored walk/jog at school today, all was going great, she received her donations until I needed to withdraw the funds to hand to the school. It says ‘something went wrong, try again later or contact support chat’ I have tried the support chat and have had no response, it is very upsetting to think this could be a SCAM! and my daughter won’t get her donations for her hard work, shameful really.

Досить зручно. Картку випустив за пару хвилин, до Apple Pay підтягнулась без проблем. Комісії на вивід могли б бути трохи меншими, але за швидкість - лайк. 4 зірки суто через коміс, в іншому все топ.

Finally ditched PayPal after they put another "security hold" on my donations for no clear reason. Been using Destream for a bit now and it’s been working pretty well so far. The money goes straight to the card they sent, which is honestly just more convenient – I can actually use it right away instead of waiting.
Still getting used to it, but compared to the usual PayPal delays, its been a much smoother experience for me.

C'est une expérience solide jusqu'à présent... En ce qui concerne la vérification, j'ai passé le contrôle en direct et j'ai été approuvé en quelques minutes, sans aucun drame. Le fait que l'argent soit disponible immédiatement sans aucun délai en fait l'un des outils les plus stables que j'ai utilisés pour mon stream ces derniers temps.

Setup was easy. I use it for TikTok and the tip link works perfectly with local cards here. The speed of transfers is impressive, and I love using the destream creator card to spend my earnings right away. Payouts are consistent and available instantly.

My experience has been extremely negative.

After my winnings were withheld, I carefully reviewed my bank statements. That is when I discovered that this company was involved in processing payments to gambling platforms which I later confirmed were operating without a valid license in my jurisdiction.

What is particularly concerning is that the exact date and time of the charges perfectly match the deposits made to the casino. These are not “unauthorized transactions,” as the support team repeatedly claims in their generic responses. The transactions are clearly identifiable and directly linked to their payment processing system.

After checking Trustpilot, I realized I am far from being the only one. Many other users report the exact same pattern: withheld winnings followed by standard, copy-paste replies that fail to address the core issue. When so many cases follow the same pattern, it is difficult to believe this is a coincidence.

It is disappointing to see the company publicly suggesting that customers should “contact their bank in case of unauthorized charges,” when there is objective evidence showing the direct correlation between the payment timestamps and the casino deposits.

Given the circumstances, I will be filing formal complaints with the authorities in my country as well as with the competent authorities in Cyprus so that this matter can be properly investigated.

I sincerely hope the company will provide a concrete and substantive response this time, rather than another generic statement aimed solely at protecting its public image.

If the company wishes to avoid this kind of criticism, the most constructive approach would be to focus on operating with full transparency and distancing itself from practices that raise legitimate concerns, rather than attempting to silence user feedback.

Ich hatte anfangs ein Problem mit meinem OBS-Widget... Was die Sicherheit angeht: Ja, das System ist streng... aber als Creator gibt mir das ein gutes Gefühl. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass es keine Auszahlungsverzögerung gibt und das Geld sofort verfügbar ist. Die Auszahlung auf meine Kreditkarte funktionierte einwandfrei. Sehr empfehlenswert für ernsthafte Streamer in Europa.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews here about the verification process. Honestly, I expected a wait, but the KYC was cleared in just about 5 minutes. Once that was done, the platform became very smooth. I’ve already made two payouts to my bank account in GBP. The best part is there's no delay on payouts -- the money is available immediately. The fees are much lower than what I used to pay on other donation platforms. If you have your docs ready for the live verification, you’ll be fine.

The redundant sentence they keep writing you "you STILL need to complete the onboarding process" is key to everything here. They keep you hanging... in the meantime they expect that you start using their "money collecting" link on your website, blog etc and collect money they DO NOT make available to you because "You STILL need to complete the onboarding process". Why should I use, publish on my blog or website your link and collect money coming to your pockets, if I am still not "approved"? For what? To collect money that is not available to you because again they write to you that "your onboarding process is not yet complete"? It is the promise of something they don't tell you IF, WHEN and after WHAT will be granted. There is No transparency. Destream only show you the carrot (the completion of the onboarding process) and the more you run, like a donkey, the farther the carrot on the stick moves away from you. They should make it crystal clear what this boarding process is, describe the steps, how many they are and customers will decide whether to go through it or not! We are busy people working quite busy and remunerative business elsewhere and we only have those 16 radio stations because we love music and radio stations. No time for games, chat with delayed copy-paste responses. Working with DESTREAM is time-consuming, and a "mythical" and unclear onboarding process. We decided to get out and sorted out with one of the many other competitors. If you Destream guys care about KPI, then start from your side being very clear about the whole process, clear steps to get in before giving a link to publish and before getting money. By the way, we were unable to get back those few euros we sent to "unlock" the first "onboarding" stop you sent us. Have a good coffee, it's on us... probably there are many coffees coming to you every day, in this very same way. Is it this the game?

Destream is pretty good. Some of the features are outdated but payments works just fine. My commission is about 8 percent which is okay for me because my streams are not often and they don't charge me for a subscription. Mathematically I'm in advantage haha. What I really hate is really bad Overlay service. It's glitchy, outdated and it's not working on mobile. Nevertheless the service itself is great as idea.

Chat support works but not so fast. Any issues I have (and a had a bunch of them) they usually resolves in 2-4 days.

Varios cargos aparecen en mi cuenta bancaria a nombre de este lugar. Pedí explicaciones y a día de hoy sigo sin recibir respuesta. Miles de emails sin respuesta. No se les ocurra interactuar con este comercio.

Had one issue with linking my socials but the support replied in under 24 hours and got it fixed. donations working fine now.

Loving the payout speed and low fees. Would be great to have more integrations with platforms like Patreon or Ko-fi.

Nice concept but still feels early. Some features are missing for mobile creators. Hoping for updates soon.
