• Recensioni e Foto Fasulle: Non fatevi fregare dalle recensioni positive nell'app. Sono piene di foto rubate o caricate dal venditore che mostrano prodotti di lusso. Quello che vi arriverà a casa è solo plastica scadente che non somiglia minimamente alle immagini.
• Merce Non Conforme: Descrizioni false e materiali di infima qualità. Riceverete prodotti che sembrano giocattoli rispetto a ciò che avete ordinato.
• Muro di Bot: L'assistenza clienti non esiste. Sarete rimbalzati da bot programmati per farvi perdere tempo finché non rinuncerete ai vostri soldi.
• Sequestro del Denaro (Credit Trap): Tentano di non rimborsarvi sul metodo originale, trasformando i vostri soldi in crediti virtuali interni per obbligarvi a comprare ancora spazzatura.
CONSIGLIO: Ho riavuto i miei soldi SOLO grazie alla fermezza di Scalapay. Se vi hanno truffato, non perdete tempo con la loro chat: documentate tutto e contattate subito l'intermediario del pagamento o la banca per il chargeback.

Als je u bestelling krijgt en in orde is mag je tevreden zijn maar als je het moet retouren is het een groot probleem. Je krijgt geen adres en reageren niet op u mail. Ik begrijp niet dat klarna daar nog mee samenwerkt. Als je iets wil retouren best onmiddellijk zeggen dat het beschadigd is.

Pessima esperienza. Ordine fatto su app Voghion. Merce molto ma molto scadente e decido di fare reso. I costi di spedizione del reso sono state a mio carico ma ancora nn riesco ad ottenere il rimborso su Klarna in quanto Desvips nn comunica a Klarna di aver ricevuto la merce

Mi sono ritrovata 3 addebiti sulla mia carta per un complessivo di 70 euro circa e non ho fatto nessun ordine!!! Come è possibile? C'è modo per recuperare questi soldi?

Mi sono ritrovata un addebito non autorizzato di 24 € sulla mia carta prepagata.

Sowieso snap ik niet dat Klarna zaken doet met deze waardeloze nep winkel!!! Idem dito ook volop contact gehad eerst zeiden ze dat ik het moest vernietigen en daar ook foto’s van moest laten zien en daarna moest ik het op eigen kosten retourneren en toen werd het stil. Toen ik een retourlabel vroeg of waar ik het naar terug kon sturen. Totaal geen communicatie meer🤬en kleding wat je daar koopt nou dan ben je beter af bij temu of Ali!!! 🤢🤬🤬🤬

From the 3 things i ordered it totally went wrong and customer service does not do 1 single thing about it. I get send back and forth. Very frustrating customer service they have and its starting to seem as if i am being SCAMMED.

1 of the items i did not receive, but trackings states delivered. I contacted them about it and they keep instructing me to contact the parcell company which is DHL, to send a declaration stating i never received it.

But DHL keeps saying, they can NOT start an investigation without Voghion starting an investigation to the parcels whereabouts, which is completely true! I keep telling them this, but they won't do nothing for me untill i get a declaration of item not received. This is CRAZY!

The 2nd item was a pair of earrings, looked very good, i was happy about it. Unfortunately it turned out to be poor quality, after just 1 day the item broke down. Waste of money.

3rd item does not look like the pictures at all. I contacted them and send a picture, saying color is totally off (so of course im not going to further unpack), yet they still want me to send a video of item completely and of the packing label. What has a damn packing label to do with the color being wrong?! Didnt i already send a picture where you can clearly see the difference?!

I swear this company has a lot of slow people working there. Not the brightest i can tell you that.

I dont know whats gonna happen, but all these issues really have frustrated me alot. Wheter it gets solved or not, they definetly lost a customer.

This aint no walk in the park like with aliexpress, temu or shein. No they make it so impossible for you, that you give up and decide they win!

But people need to hear this.
Make sure you are 1000% sure if you want to order there, cause returns or any errors is gonna be a problem.

Desvips non mi fa più fare acquisti con voghion e mi annulla il pagamento a rate con klarna.

Kleding besteld veel te klein geleverd maatvoering klopt niet met hun aangegeven maattabel.
Contact gezocht voor retourneren, ze houden je net zo lang aan de praat met mailen dat je over de datum van retour heen gaat. Daarna niet meer mogelijk om te retourneren. Er is geen retourbeleid en geen adres. Betaald met Klarna zij kunnen ook niet de klant benaderen. Toch nog een mailtje gekregen van Des Vips met de mededeling om de goederen te vernietigen en daar een filmpje van te maken en dit toe te sturen. In gebrekkig Nederlands/Chinees. Te gek voor woorden echt een waardeloos bedrijf.

Ik heb een tasje besteld en betaald maar ik heb niets ontvangen.
Ik heb meerdere keren contact gehad met Desvips maar het wordt niet meer gereageerd.

Waar blijf mijn pakketje?
Oprecht nog nooit een bedrijf mee gemaakt wat zo slecht functioneert.

Het pakketje Via track&trace 18 december bezorgd,maar niet bij mij en ook niet bij de buren.Ik heb oom Contact gehad met lokale koerier (DHL),maar ik word elke keer van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd.
