Dismal experience
Provided generic information as clearly my model of Golf is not in their database. The ability to raise a support case wasn't working either by chat or when prompted. What a waste of money.
I wish I had read John's review first.
Edit: 6 weeks on, they are still messing me around and I’ve asked repeatedly for a refund, despite the promise in their reply.
Edit #2: Refund now issued, matter is closed. Thanks.

Useless in Europe
This service is not useful in Europe. The information that you get is basic and is easily fetchable elsewhere for free. It could very well work in the US, however there is nowhere written that EU is not included. I wrote a friendly message explaining the issue and asked for a refund. It was met with resistance and the end after osme pushing I got a portion of it back. Going forward, please include before buy that this is not for Europe.

Vehicle checks before purchase is cumbersome and not always foolproof, with this app you can be sure of getting detailed history which salespeople wouldn’t disclose, hence you get value for purchase when you make one.
