I've raised a couple of concerns and complaints but they dont want to respond not resolve the hypocrisy.

Fantastic service from the team. Alisha and Katie have both been extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout. I would happily recommend this company to others.

They do not stick to their IPID. They lie at every turn, gas light you that you haven't provided documents, and ask for the same sh*t weeks and weeks and week in a row, to simply avoid paying out.

RLP is suppose to cover Landlords for unpaid rent.

We submitted two claims, with everything they required, all legitmately served and uploaded in MAY.

It is now nearly August, and no payout.

They say the payout for one of our properties has been with the banks for (checks calendar) - 3 weeks?!

BACS takes 2 hours maximum.

Scam.

This company deserves a 10 star review if it were possible.
I've experienced, high level professionalism and patience in not such a straightforward situation. Alisha, did all that was possible to assist me with my claim, showing knowledge in her field and overcoming what I thought were insurmountable barriers.
Very grateful and would recommend this company.

Katie Mott at Devon Bay Solutions is very professional and helpful. Whilst for me it is still very early days in the legal process, I have every faith in Katie's ability. Katie is rational and is able to judge a situation objectively. She is friendly, approachable and genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to get the best outcome for them.

Jess was friendly, patient and supportive.

Handling a difficult situation early in the morning can be daunting, yet Lily demonstrated genuine empathy throughout the call, attentively listening to each concern raised. She clearly outlined her course of action and the resolutions that could reasonably be expected, all whilst maintaining a professional and honest tone about the likely outcome.

Jess was very pleasant and answered any questions I had along with any support needed, she made the whole experience quick and easy.

I had a call today with a very helpful agent who was pretty concise and straight to the point. I was met with a very constructive response and calm attitude. 10/10 for service and interaction, would recommend to anyone looking for great service and minimum hassle in regards to car insurance.
