I chose to book over the telephone. Helen was very helpful and efficient. She was able to answer any questions I put to her.
She was polite and respectful and made the whole process seemless.

we booked through booking.com originally which went wrong because of the payment details they gave. I called direct and could not have been more happier with the service I was given, from start to finish they were friendly, professional and happy to help.

Very easy to book online. Plus the customer service is outstanding. Phone helpines are staffed all year round and staff go out of their way to help. It's the same when we're on holiday too. All staff were really approachable. This the reason we have stayed there 6 times and why during our recent holiday we booked for next year!!! Gorgeous location. Stunning surroundings. Lovely chalets caravans and cabins. All 3 generations of our family adore our holidays at Devon Valley. Quiet, friendly spacious venue with great food and amenities, including its own swimming pool. We absolutely love it. Well done Devon Valley 👏 👏👏

Took several attempts to pay using my card. Other than that it was informative and easy.

Excellent service , the lady was dealing with incoming guests whilst making my booking . She could have easily asked to make a call back or ask me to call back but she dealt with my booking in a very friendly professional way . Look forward to my visit 😊

Simple, succinct and efficient

Lovely cabin, clean and tidy, nicely fitted out. Only criticism, door locking difficult, locks need oiling and adjusting

Just back from our 2nd visit to Devon Valley Holiday Villave in the Admiral Gold . What can I say but thank you for the best weekend. Adam is the best compère . Becky and Lucy bang on with the entertainment . Already booked for next year . See you all then .

fast and easy to book dont like the fact that you have to buy electricity seperate when you book a chalet.given that i dont think i would wood book this site again

Good all round experience very helpful staff

We love Devon Valley and have been back loads of times. The park grounds are very well maintained and the park is in a lovely position with beautiful views. There are also loads of attractions in the area to visit. The park itself is not too big so nice and quiet, the pool is very well maintained. I would definitely recommend Devon Valley and we have already booked to come back next year.

Lady over the phone was very helpful and had a good knowledge about everything. I highly recommend.

Easy to navigate website, extremely easy to book and very fast conformation, much easier booking direct than with a third party
