This company is a scam. They tricked me into purchasing a 9,99€ Rituals box and after paying they subscribed me to their site “as I pad for some kind of coupons” and tried to take an extra 7€ from my account.
Luckily my bank notified me and i get my money back even that is not a big amount.
DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

C'est tout simplement une arnaque,

Mein Problem ist gelöst worden , es handelte sich um Kreditkartenbetrug . Ich bekam eine Zahlungsaufforderung vom Zoll. Sofort gab es anscheinende eine Registrierung und eine erworbene Mitgliedschaft .Nach einigen Mails gab es binnen 2 Tagen eine vollständige Rückzahlung

Les personnes sont très réactivent quand il faut gérer un problème et apporter une solution efficace

I thought I was just getting a sample box for £6.99, but i was totally wrong and misled and it was that I had signed up to a contract and that was Nearly £60 taken straight out my account and another instalment of £60 came out all on one night!
But, I must say you could contact straight away, and it did take a lot of messages. But I was promised a full refund of both the £60 so £120 and the £6.99!
I am still waiting but didn’t realise I did have to do a review! Hopefully it wil be straight away as this was 30/6/2026
