This is the second time I have used Keith Why at Dexter Montague. On the first occasion he moved me into my new home. It was during Covid and it was a massive rush for me (and everyone else), to make sure I benefited from the no stamp duty concession. Keith was working ludicrous hours, getting into the office at 5-6am and he got me moved in on the final day ☺️. He has just completed on the sale of my late mother’s house and yet again, he has been fantastic. Always in touch, responding to any questions straight away and generally going above and beyond to assist and get the job done.

Excellent service - fast and communicative

It was the first time using a conveyancing solicitor and Dexter Montague provided an exceptional service . Keith Why always replied promptly to emails and provided us with regular updates. Having a quick to respond solicitor made all the difference. I would highly recommend Dexter Montague.

The worst conveyancing firm I have ever come across & i have bought & sold a few houses. Slow. Inefficient & rude & no one wants to help. Instructed in March, now in September & still a huge list of queries outstanding with no end in sight. Avoid at all costs if you want to buy or sell a home. Awful firm.

Keith Why and the team at DMP have provided us with an outstanding service for the conveyancing of a chain-free property purchase. We have had excellent feedback on our questions and have been kept informed every step of the way.

Keith starts his day at an ungodly hour, and we would wake up to updates that made a great start to the day. However, Keith and the team are only as successful in property conveyancing as the other conveyancers in the chain of the property you are buying or selling, so please bear this in mind, as there are some charlatans out there, especially those companies that have been recommended by Estate Agencies.

Although not the cheapest when spending thousands of pounds on a property, using the team at DMP is a great investment and the personal service provided is extremely reassuring giving you added confidence in having these professionals in your corner.
