If you know the Brand then you’ll know all I have to say is amazing! But this time I want to commend the customer services.
I emailed them on a Thursday afternoon with a predicament I was in and asked for help. Within what seemed like minutes they had replied with a solution.
Absolutely amazing staff and customer services. I can’t thank them enough.

Outstanding service and an innovative design concept make Dfyrs one of my favourite biking brands that bridge the gap between riding and casual wear perfectly. Having bought a t-shirt recently I was immediately struck by the quality of the product and cutting-edge design. I’ve worn it on and off the bike which you really can’t do with other brands.

I started buying products from this company since it's beginning when you would go up Sherwood pines and NO-ONE had even heard of them. I genuinely had a fantastic experience and was happy to promote there brand!!

I've never asked the company for anything I just liked there customer service for example the coffin dodger bottoms were too small despite using there sizing guide but the company was BRILLIANT they sent out replacements in size within 24hrs up and you just returned everything afterwards!

I've spent around £1000 with them BUT this last experience hasn't been a pleasant experience.
As usual I ordered the next size up because what there guide calls a correct we Spandex fit and cargo bottoms or jumping bottom should be that tight. So I had to book an exchanges. I contacted customer service and at first they were brilliant they said it's a shame all £500 worth doesn't fit but not to worry to worry they will send out replacements immediately so they would arrive the next day and I could be out this weekend!

Unfortunately they didn't send anything out and the following morning I woke to an email basically go back on everything and it's no longer there policy to send out replacements. That if I need extra sizes I need to order them myself out my money then return everything that doesn't fit. Unfortunately that's not actually possible because I used discount codes that can only be used ONCE!!

So now I'm FORCED to pay £14 tracked return all because THERE sizing guide is less useful than a chocolate teapot (honestly it absolutely garbage)
Do they make good stuff yes absolutely unfortunately it's over shadowed by the terrible sizing.

The gloves I just purchased are 10000% correct according to there guide but you can't fit your hand inside nevermind pull breaks or hold the handlebars. The companies answer when presented with pictures was"our gloves are a snugger fit than other brands"
The company has agreed to swap basically everything but it's now the customer that has to arrange and pay the return..Not so bad with a t-shirt but on larger £400+ orders with everything needing exchanging means it's NOT cheap..
This company NEVER used to be like this have disabilities so try and stick to one brand but yer once I have these last pairs of bottoms I'm cutting my loses and going back to brands like fox.

Morally if the story DO NOT place large orders if there is a problem it's YOU that foots the bill.
Do NOT rely on there sizing guide it's made for little Chinese people not European men's sizes if your a L in everything else you need XL to XXL in this brand!!!

They ask for returns to not be tried on and preferably still packaged witch doesn't make any sense, they calme to be able to refuse returns unless they meat there strick criteria " must be able to be sold to another customer" unfortunately there policy doesn't and cannot interfere with your statutory rights under the Trading of Goods Act so I don't see how they can make such a claim!!!

You can't make this stuff up but from someone that has supported the company from the beginning, that has purchased a lot of there products it a shame

great style and clothing gear 100% past my expectations and am looking forward to add more dfyrs gear to my mtb collection!

I'm not one for writing reviews but this was a standout purchase for me.

I got 3 of the long sleeved Jerseys. Current offer was 3 for 2. Now there's no beating around the bush they are expensive how ever I would recommend them especially if like me you are a large rider. (Upwards and outwards).

I've been riding for years and I have neve had a jersey that fits so well. They look really good and don't make me feel fat. They also cover my bum while going downhill stood up. The pockets! The pockets go down around your sides which means I can take stuff out of my trouser pockets and into these. This also helps with my builders bum I tend to have!

Quality is really good and feel really nice to wear.
This is my first purchase from these guys, providing these pass the test of time I will be trying their other bits

Paid a premium price for their devision gloves, lasted no more than a month and the material worn away where my thumb is. Poor quality material.

I've bought quite a bit from DFYRS after being impressed with my initial order. Every item has been shipped promptly and is of top quality. The one item that had an issue was dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Really great riding gear and excellent customer service - highly recommended!

I’m not usually the type to sit down and write a long review, but I really felt like I had to give some credit where it’s due. I’ve been buying from DFYRS for about 2–3 years now, and honestly, I’ve never looked back.

Beyond the kit, it’s the team that really makes the difference. They are a great bunch of people—super supportive and actually helpful. I’ve only ever had one minor issue (a broken zip that was completely my own doing), and they sorted me out instantly. I wasn’t stuck talking to a robot or some automated script; I was dealing with a real person. Stephan specifically was a total legend—super friendly and sorted me out without any fuss.

You can really tell you’re dealing with a genuine brand that cares about the people wearing their gear. If you’re on the fence about the price or the quality, don’t doubt it for a second. Really chuffed with the team and the gear. Can’t thank them enough!

I ordered two pairs of the DFYRS compression socks and I’m honestly really impressed. The material feels premium, supportive and properly structured without being too tight or uncomfortable. They’ve held their shape really well and feel a lot more durable than other brands I’ve tried.

Delivery was quick and the customer service was spot on. Stephan Aubrey was especially helpful, really friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process feel easy. It’s nice dealing with someone who clearly cares about the products and the customers.

Overall, great quality socks and great service. I’ll definitely be ordering again

I recently bought some COFFINDODGER AC PANTS in the orange colour and I’m absolutely delighted. They’re fantastic! As a larger rider, I was worried they wouldn’t fit but they do so perfectly. In my opinion, the quality is the best on the market and the colour and style are unbeatable. This is my third purchase from DFYRS and I’ll definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely disgusting company and their practice I bought a trailhoodie after waiting for year to be back some in stock the hoodie was meant to be Brown as per website and it turned out its Pink Purpule kind of color I emailed them and they where rude and denied saying its same colour send them photos they told me I have to pay for label are u joking its their fault on misleading customer and dont care after! Not mantio. The hoodie quality is definitely not worth 99£ its a quakity of aliexpress Chinese clothing type I reported them to paypal they decided to send me return label and refund me insane experience please avoid them at all cost!!!

Can't recommend enough!

Items arrived faulty with bad stitching. Nice style but badly made. Friendly people who allowed me to return for a refund but I still paid for the return? I’m out of pocket due to a faulty product which hasn’t sat right with me sadly.

The customer service is excellent, and their jerseys are next-level good! Highly recommend
