Helpful, informative introduction to billing if you have some knowledge of police station and magistrates court work. I am taking over the billing of this work unexpectedly so this course was vital for me to attend. My many questions were answered with an offer to follow up after the session on email. Steve presented well, giving helpful guidance on items likely to fall subject to audit if not claimed correctly.

The course was very well delivered. Although the time was short candidates were given a chance to ask questions and get the trainer was able to give answers.

Course started very late and consequently ran over. I had to leave at 11.30am as I had a client. Didn't find the information particularly useful, it was just the course provider reading the screens in a very long winded way. Could have done with more practical information. The scenarios given were "discussed" in separate rooms with other delegates which was meant to be for 5 mins but was more like 8 mins and nobody spoke in the rooms so it was just a case of sitting and waiting. This then changed at scenario 3 where they were discussed as a whole group (I had to leave shortly after that) and I found the feedback not particularly helpful after discussing the scenarios in the room.

The trainers were clearly very experienced and able to disseminate complex law and caselaw in an understandable format. Highly reccommend.

As always, a very informative and substantive session on Refugee Family Reunion delivered in an easy to understand language. Thank you team!

Easy to follow presentation, especially as I am not familiar with the topic of the webinar, but joined out of general interest.

The topic under discussion was well laid out into parts for easy understanding. The slides were helpful and made it easy to follow each part of the topic.
The presenters addressed the in an easy to understand and clearly.

The topic was great because nowadays everybody was looking for updated knowledge about the family reunion.

One day was not enough for this massive syllabus, which I knew before attending, so I need to give less accordingly. And the trainer was excellent.

Steve Keeling was very thorough, the webinar was incredibly informative and Steve's knowledge came across brilliantly

I highly recommened this course which also represents extremely good value for the content
