Zoom set up
Unfortunately the Zoom call was not set up correctly and some attendees failed to mute themselves, resulting in talking over the presenter which was very distracting. It would also have been helpful to have at least one non-property related scenario.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are sorry to hear this happened. We do allow delegates to control their audio as we encourage interaction during the courses or at key points of the sessions for asking questions. A few members of our team were also in attendance and they confirmed that the speaker had asked for attendees to mute themselves but the delegates did not do as asked. A member of our team also tried to assist the speaker with muting all delegates but this was during a question and answer session so it was not appropriate to do so. Thank you for the suggestion regarding adding different scenarios, we will pass this suggestion on to the speaker for future events.
The course was very useful beyond just supervision
The course was very useful not just for supervision but for management and good work practice generally.
