Good company to but from

Easy to find what I wanted, place my order and make payment.
The herb I wanted arrived on time, securely packaged and the inner package was resealable to keep the unused portion of the herb secure.
I would be happy to use this company again.

I tried to email and get in touch…

I tried to email and get in touch multiple times regarding my order as it was the wrong adress on there, but had no reply or help with the issue. Unsure whether they sent them or not but either way the customer service is non existent. I want a refund

very bad experience

placed the order 4 days before they close for Christmas, expecting it to be processed and despatch before they close because their delivery policy is 24 to 48 hours after payment. They scheduled the delivery the night before their closure but only posted the order a week after the shipment notification (after the last posting date), as if they want to make sure I can't receive it before Christmas! will not buy from this store again
**I ordered on 10th Dec and still not received the delivery today 21st Dec
