The process of changing to Dharma has been easy and efficient. My only request would have been more instruction in use of the device, although I called support and spoke with support staff immediately who was very helpful and gave good instruction. So far so good although it is still early.

We apologize for any frustrations in setup timeframes. We do our best to be clear about expectations when signing up, but understand that sometimes you're in a hurry. We can say that once we received all of the requested documents, we had an approval in just two business days. Your equipment was mailed out the following business day, and is scheduled to arrive next week. We do our best to communicate expectations and timeframes, so please let us know if you haven't received our welcome emails that reference when to expect your terminal.

I found working with Dharma to be…
I found working with Dharma to be clearly always focused on ethics and integrity. Their questions and documentation requests focused on sound business practices, and while arduous, resulted in comfort in knowing due diligence was being practiced. Their responsiveness was unequaled in my historical administrative business dealings and in particular Mr. Trace Wendell was honest, responsive and he always followed through with everything to make my efforts a success. Hard to imagine a better company in this line of work.

Honest & Transparent
Honest, thoughtful and professional. I would recommend Dharma Merchant Services to any small business who is serious about all extensions of their Mission Statement and Customer Service initiatives. Their rates are fair and transparent and they are responsive. The MX Merchant platform is fantastic as well. Easy to manage and process and they are constantly looking to improve their processes.

Normally, we can turn a new account around in just a day or so (sometimes same day!) but with brand-new businesses, we often times have additional requests to verify the address and legal status with the IRS. We appreciate you working with us to help get your account opened up, and supplying the requested documents. Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you to become a 5-star service provider! Your satisfaction is important to us.
Everything has been perfect so far
We've only been with Dharma for a couple of weeks but, in that short time, the customer support has been top-notch. We asked a bunch of questions before signing up and they answered all questions promptly, courteously, and comprehensively. Unlike other merchant account providers, Dharma is completely up-front and transparent with their fees. As for funding, Dharma is faster than our former provider and there haven't been any batch failures.

Super simple set up
Super simple set up. My questions were answered very promptly and efficiently. Nick Bencivenga could not have been nicer and more helpful in every way possible. Highly recommend. Very happy customer and really look forward to the savings.
