very straight forward to purchase , exceptionally quick delivery, perfect.

First class service from order to receipt of goods which were well packaged. Will use again.

Ordered online with confirmation email. The confirmation stated I would be informed of dispatch and tracking details. The item was received within a few days but still have not been told it has been dispatched...hence the write down. Item as stated and great price so no real complaints just a minor grump because we were lucky to be in the house to receive the delivery.

Although unable to supply the items I ordered, they emailed to explain why and refunded my payment very quickly.

The service is pretty good and the delivery is quick.
However. With my recent order of a product. The units arrived pre-priced with stickers attached. Buying price was £1.82 per unit inc VAT. Which incidentally is a good bit more expensive than my regular supplier but they didn't have any stock. Sticker price £1.90. NOT HAPPY as I had to remove these pre priced stickers from 192 units. If products come with pre priced stickers it should clearly state this in the listing.

During my engagement with DHB for I found them to be quite poor in responding to enquiries.since that was my first transaction with them,I found the experience disheartening.

I made my order on 31st July. Now 6th August and still awaiting delivery. 11th August and STILL waiting.
